Note: Hey guys! Back with another One Shot! I do have testing sometime this month so updates will still continue but will be also slow until further notice. Anyway. Not much to say here.
Warning: There will be some feels in this soo yeah. If you don't like Death Note or L then I highly recommend you not to read this. I don't want any hate.

          "(N/N). Tell me what you know about L." Light told you. Almost in a demanding way. You stayed silent. Daring not to tell this Kira any information about your best and only friend. L.
     Light smirked. "Playing it the hard way huh? How about this. You tell me what you know about L. Or you die. In fact, I'll call Misa and get her to tell me your real name and control you that way. So. Which way do you choose? The easy way? Or the hard way?" He said.
     You looked down at the ground. Your heart was pounding at the moment. Scared that your life would end at any moment. Though you were a detective after all, you took the risk anyway. 'No. I'm not telling him anything about MY best friend.' You thought with some confidence.
     "Hm. Going that route huh? I see." He got out his phone and started to dial Misa's phone number. "Last chance (N/N)~" Light said. You still stayed silent. "Fine then." He said then pressed Call.
       *Meanwhile at HeadQuarters*
                  L's POV
     We were watching the whole thing go down. 'I think (Y/N)'s being silent just for my protection.' I thought. I then smiled a little to myself at the thought. I now know who Kira kills. My next mission: To get the Death Note from Light and get rid of it forever.
     "Ryuzaki, your friend's about to die in who knows how long and you're just going to sit there and watch?!" Matsuda said.
     'For once he says something that I agree with. I need to think of a way to get (Y/N) out of this situation. It's probably a bit too late to do that but it's worth a try.' I thought.
     I look up at the large computer monitors and I see that Light and (Y/N) are not there. I then decided to call (Name) to see if she's ok.
                Your POV
     I was walking my way to HeadQuarters. I then heard my phone ring. I looked up at Light. "Can I answer this?" I asked. "Depends on who it is." He said. I then looked to see who was calling. My heart sank when I saw the name 'Ryuzaki ❤ ❤'.
     I blushed when I saw the two hearts at the end. Ok. Maybe I did have a crush on him when we were younger (Mini A/N: You're in your mid 20s btw in this One Shot.).
     "Answer it." Light said. "Be sure to put it on speaker." He added. You nodded "Hey Ryuzaki." You said
     "Hey. You ok?" He asked. "Yeah. Why?" You asked. "Nothing. Just checking up on you. You know. We are friends after all." He said. You smiled. "Yeah. Is that all?" You asked. "Yeah." L replied. "Ok. Bye." You said. "Bye." He said then hung up.
           *Time Skip 3 Days Later*
                   No POV
     It was finally your time. You were sad that you were going to leave all of your loved ones behind.
     You sighed. There's just one thing that's been bothering you: Your love for L.
     You then heard a knock on your door. "Come in." You said and looked up to see who it was. The door opened and L came in.
     "Oh. Hey L." You said and smiled. "Hey. You seem to have been sad lately. Why?" He asked.
     You explained everything to him. From the day where Light forced you to inform him on L and till now.
     "That's why I've been sad lately." You said as you finished explaining. L nodded understanding.
     You then felt arms wrap around you. He was hugging you. He rested his chin on your shoulder. You hugged back. You were literally holding onto him for dear life. Until you'd die.
     "I... I love you L." You said. "I love you too (Y/N)." He said. You smiled. You felt so warm in the comfort of his arms.

     A few hours later, you died. L of course, was holding you when you took your last breath.
     A funeral was held for you the next day. Your family was informed as well. L was the one who was emotionally affecter the most.
