Staring game in the hallway

No magic, high school AU. Just a heads up.

Draco was walking on the hallways while trying to pretend that he was listening to what Pansy was saying, she had been talking to him about her dance lessons and how good she was but that she still needed a partner, at some point Draco caught up that she was kind of throwing it to him so he would volunteer as her partner, but he wasn't going to, and just when he was about to tell her that, he turned his view to the most beautiful creature that ever placed foot on this boring AF school, on his opinion. He was tall but not taller than Draco, he had big green eyes protected by a pair of rounded glasses and combined with a messy black-raven hair. Draco couldn't help but to stare, Pansy was still talking but her voice was being slowly killed by the beauty of the guy, that by the way had just stopped in front of his locker and was now trying to get everything out. The guy seemed sloppy, but adorable and lucky for Draco he happened to be his neighbor, his locker was to the left of the cute guy. 

"Hey" Draco smiled at the boy and the boy immediately flushed, which only made Draco be more attracted to him. 

"Hi" he said, his voice was soft but firm and he was just standing there, honestly he did notice Draco walking down the hallway and he was dying at the moment, with the fact that he was kind of wondering if that girl, who was at the moment next to him rolling her eyes, was his girlfriend. 

"You new  right?" 

"Yeah, is it obvious?" 

"Well there aren't that many cute guys, in fact there aren't any, so yeah it's pretty obvious. no way I wouldn't notice you before" a smirk on his face made the boy's entire body turn up and down. "What's you name?"

"Harry, yours?" 

"Draco, Draco Malfoy" by now both of them were so deep lost into each other's eyes that they didn't notice Pansy leaving or the bell ringing, in fact they were just there, staring at each other. Finally Harry's friend showed up next to him and since he didn't turn around she screamed at him;

"HARRY, QUIT STARING BACK AND ASK HIM OUT!" Harry and Draco jumped of surprise and turned red immediately.

"Hermione! you can't just scream at people, you scare the shit out of me, and Draco."

"Well I wouldn't have done that if you were in class, Mr. Snape ask me to come look for you in case you've gotten lost again. Aaaaand I kept calling you while walking down the hallway but neither one of you heard me. So don't complain." she sighed and turned to
Draco this time "He's free on Friday and will be ready at 7:00 p.m, you can pick him up early because he will be ready early because he's like that, also he loves the Avengers so you can take him to watch that"

Harry had no words and he was about to say she was just joking but Draco started talking first.

"Sweet! I'll see you on Friday Harry, thanks Hermione" he winked at Harry and left, leaving Hermione and a confused Harry on the hallway. Soon enough Hermione held Harry's arm and dragged him around until they were back in class. Once seated Harry passed a paper to Hermione saying;

Thanks a lot you ass! I owe you though. By the way you are going to be in my house on Friday helping me to get ready because I have no idea what to wear.

After reading the note Hermione turned to Harry and whispered;

"I was already planning on that whether you wanted or not, but since I'm invited now I guess I can bring some food"
