Mini Warrior (part one)

Harry and Draco were walking down the hall holding hands making their way to the great hall, when they were approached by a third year girl from Hufflepuff.

"Hi Harry," she said in a playful voice while playing with her hair "Can I ask you something?"

"You just did" said Harry joking, like it had been the most hilarious joke she had ever heard she busted in laughter and touched Harry arms. Draco quickly catch why she was acting like that, she was flirting with Harry, even with Draco holding his hand. "Yeah sure go ahead" said Harry oblivious to what the girl was doing.

"Would you like to go get a cup of something some time maybe?" she said, and just those words were the limit for Draco. He held up his free hand put it in front of the girl and then the other hand along with Harry's hand a tad closer than before.

"You see this? We are dating AND we love each other" said Draco very angry and trying not to scream, meanwhile Harry was trying really hard not to laugh in front of the girl. When he finally got it together he managed to say.

"Thanks, but I really do love Draco and I'm not thinking of living him ever" offended the girl walked away.

"Thanks for that but I was just about to say the same thing Dragon," said Harry this time to Draco and with a tone of sweetness and love.

"Just in case" murmured Draco who was still a tad upset but his face shaped to a smile and gave Harry a pick on the lips before entering the great hall.

The next day, Draco met Harry at the great hall and was holding a little box between his hands, when Harry saw this all the important dates of their relationship scrolled down his head trying to remember if today was a special day but he couldn't think of anything. Draco smiled at him when he saw the look of worry in his face.

"Don't worry you didn't have to get me anything, this is just a little thing to remind you of how much I love you" said Draco before giving it to Draco, Harry took it and held Draco's hand leading him to Gryffindor table to sit next to him. In the table Hermione looked at the box in Harry's hand.

"What's that?' she said leaning closer.

"A gift, here, let me see" Harry opened it and inside the box was something like an egg but made out of wood at first he didn't know what to say given the fact the he didn't know what it was but Ron got him before he could ask.

"It's a mini warrior" said Ron, looking at Draco "Where did you get it?"

"I have my contacts" replied Draco proudly

"What's a mini warrior?" asked Harry who couldn't figure it out

"A mini warrior it's a little creature human-like that protects you from the thing they have been commanded to protect you from" said Hermione, the golden trio looked at Draco for an answer.

"I'm not telling you, you'll see soon" he said, putting the last bit of food in his mouth, then giving Harry a kiss, reminding him how much he loved him and getting up to his next class.

Today was not Harry's favorite because he had o class with the Slytherins which meant he could not ask Draco until later, so all he had were two options; wait for Draco to tell him or wait for something to happen that the little man has to come out. So for the rest of the day Harry walked around at some point Peeves had found him and was playing pranks on him but the mini warrior did not come out of its shell, then later while on his class of Care of Magical Creatures one of Hagrid's little pet bit Harry and yet again the mini warrior did not come out of its shell.

Before lunch Harry had decided that perhaps it was broken because he couldn't think of anything it could protect him from, and when he was about to go into the Gryffindor tower he found Dean. Dean as always started to flirt with Harry, but this was a common thing between them nothing was ever serious and Draco knew this perfectly well so Harry didn't have to worry that Draco might take it in the wrong way.

"Looking hot Harry" said Dean, and then and only then did Harry felt something moving inside his pocket, the pocket where he happen to have the mini warrior, before Harry could say anything of Dean could move. CRACK and a little man jumped out of Harry's pocket holding up a little sword that could easily be used as a needle, if it wasn't one already, and screaming "In the name of Draco!" and went aiming straight to Dean's face who was lucky enough to see it coming seconds before and had managed to duck. After ten long minutes of Harry and Dean fighting against the little man, they captured it and managed to put it in its shell once again, now Harry was more than sure that the thing was broken because there was no way in which Dean could be a danger for Harry.

The little incident gave Dean some scratches nothing big, but Harry felt bad so he took Dean to the hospital wing. Inside the hospital wing, they found Ginny and Luna looking after Neville, who seem to have fallen and hurt his ankle. When they saw them come in Ginny walked towards them.

"Hey Potter! Looking good" once again the little man had jumped out of the shell, screaming "In the name of Draco!", this time aiming to Ginny who was fast enough and took out her wand but since she didn't get enough time to say a spell she just hit the mini warrior with it, which went flying to the other side of the room. That was the final clue and Harry knew what the mini warrior was supposed to protect him from...
