While walking to the podium, I heard girls whistling and saw all the boys pouting. I mentally rolled my eyes towards heaven. I adjusted the mic to my height and started with the speech.
"Good morning to everyone present here. It is my immense pleasure to be here and present these awards to the future authors and literature laureates. ......." Even I zoned out of the speech. I have given speeches like these at many occasions . So even while speaking I am bored out of my mind.
".......Blah... Blah..BlahBlah...... Thank You." Finished at last. Phew!!!
Coulson came to the podium , shook my hands and thanked me personally. I went and sat at the sofas. At least these sofas are comfy. "Thank You Mr. Knight. And now begins the ceremony we all have been waiting for." At this all the students stared booing at him. Poor Coulson.
"Silence everyone.. Now I request Mr. Knight to please come here and present the awards." He is so not going to let me rest. I stood up and so did everyone else. Coulson started reading the names and I presented the awards zoning out again. The girls shook my hands for too long while the guys snarled at me stupidly. Just one glare and they all scurried faster than a mouse. I laughed internally and thought Intimidation still works. Hell I am 6'6" with a body of linebacker.
"...And now the most awaited award - "The Literary Scholar Of The Year Award" and this award goes to , of course the notorious - Ms. Athena Black." When will this blasted thing end!!!!! I have more important things to do..I was broken out of my reverie by a really sensual and soothing voice.
"Come on Coulson , you are making me blush. This much compliment in a day.. Am I dreaming guys???" I turned to look at the owner of the voice and lo behold stood a siren with a face of an angel. She looked breathtaking beautiful and sexy at once. Hotness..... She was wearing a red dress which clung to her curves like second skin. She looked sexy yet classy at the same time. I guess i just died and this is heaven.
My appraisal was interrupted by the guys shouting- "NOOOOO..."Stupid But I guess I can't blame them.. My body was aroused painfully and I felt like my body was on fire. My heart was beating thunderously inside. While my mind was chanting.. Mine.
