"Do not believe them.
Do not believe your parents when they say someone's had it worse than you do.
Do not nod your head and swallow the ache.
Do not lie to your heart that your pain is nothing compared to others'.
Do not mask the hurt in your eyes for some unwritten misconception
That someone else's burden can invalidate yours.
That's not how being human works."
