I came back thirty minutes before midnight, as promised, David was waiting there for me.

"Ah, there you are, are you ready to get started? You See those two hallways?" He pointed towards the opposite side of the room from the stage.

"Both of those lead straight to the office, come on." He didn't wait for me to reply, he gently grabbed my arm and led me to the office.

"Okaay?.." I didn't know what else to say.

"Okay, you've got your office chair, a laptop, for watching the cameras, and you have these doors." He explained, then closed one of the doors to show what their use is for.

Why do I need steel doors..

"I'll leave the rest to you, oh, and don't run out of power, you're limited at night. But you have nothing to worry about, I'm sure you'll be fine." He walked away, but I think there was more to this than what he told me just now.

I sat down in the chair and got settled in.

"Okay.. so.. wow, that manager is straight to the point.." I sighed, then looked at the cameras. Everything was fine, except for the fact that Freddy was giving the camera the evil eye, I never realized how creepy they appear in the dark.

"Hey, you." I heard Vincent's voice behind me I turned around.

"How are you so sneaky, Vincent.." I wondered.

"That's not important right now." He replied.

"What are you even doing here?" I asked.

"Again, not important, I just want to get to know you." He smirked.

"Is now really the best time?" I continued.

"Sure.. sure.. nothing to worry about, like the manager said." Vincent gave me an odd look.

"Anyways! which character do you like the most?" Vincent asked, quickly jumping to the questioning. I looked through the cameras.

"Probably that one.." I pointed at Foxy.

"Hmmm.. I see.." he looked like he was thinking about something. I looked at him in an odd way, he looked back at me.

Somehow I got the feeling that I shouldn't ever be on his guy's bad side, his looks are highly intimidating.

"Uh.. might I ask you the same? Who's your favorite?" I asked.

"Hard to tell, I like them all.." he smirked. I decided to focus on the cameras, everything seemed normal, up until I saw Bonnie leave the stage.

"Hey.. why did Bonnie leave the stage?" I sounded worried, Vincent didn't reply, matter of fact, he wasn't even in the office anymore.

Now where did he go...

I was beginning to wonder about Vincent, I kinda call him a friend, but I wonder what he calls me sometimes. I began to hear heavy footsteps in the hallway to my left.

"Vincent?.." I looked out into the hall, only seeing crimson eyes in the darkness.

"Bonnie.." I corrected myself as Bonnie slowly walked right towards me, not taking his eyes off of me.

Um.. oh, the door!

I pushed the door button just in time. Bonnie took a couple steps back and looked at me through a small window.

"Bonnie?.." I looked at him, I could've sworn I heard him growl.

Why did I agree to taking the night shift..

Bonnie eventually left, so I decided to open the door, I checked through the cameras to see what else was happening, I found that the pirate cove curtain was slightly open, all I could see was one glowing, amber eye in the darkness staring straight at the camera from inside the curtain, it looked angry..

Why do they look angry at night..

So many unanswered questions I had, but I guess most of them will remain that way. All I knew is that working as a night guard was probably a bad idea, no turning back now..

This job wasn't all that bad, so far, except for the robots walking around. It was only three in the morning.

Halfway finished Jake.. you got this..

I checked the cameras to see that Freddy had left the stage, I looked around for him.

Maybe I don't...

"Where are you Freddy.." I kept looking around, still didn't find him.

"Either you will find him, or he will find you." Vincent's voice startled me because it was so unexpected.

"How do you seem to know these characters?.." I asked, he didn't reply, it kinda made me feel uneasy. I looked down the halls and finally saw Freddy's eyes at the far end of the right hallway, his footsteps sounded heavier than Bonnie's, I closed the door.

"Heh, real question is.. how didja get this good this quickly at being a guard." Vincent said as he watched me.

"I don't know, common sense I guess.." I tried to not add sarcasm into it.

"Hm.. I have an idea.. after you finish this night shift.." he looked at me as if he had something secretive planned.

"Like what.." I asked.

"You'll see." He smirked.

"Okay?.." I said, then opened the door to check and see if Freddy was still there.

"It'll be fun I promise." He kept looking at me.

"Alrig-" I was interrupted by an alarm, I checked the time and it was six in the morning.

"Shift. Is. Over." I sighed in relief.

"Come on." He lightly grabbed me and pulled me from the office, he then brung me to a room with various costumes in it.

"We got about an hour to fool around In here.." he lightly laughed. I looked around at the empty costumes and came across one that looked like Foxy, but this one was orange and red, along with brown shorts like Foxy's and an eye patch, but the eye patch is on the left eye, my left eye is my bad eye anyways, I put the costume on and quietly snuck behind Vincent while he was looking at the other costumes.

"RAH!!" I yelled out, Vincent actually jumped and looked at me.

"Alright.. ya got me.. Heh.. I didn't see you coming.. you're good at that, you know that?" He smiled.

I took the mask off and laughed, "you really think so?"

"I do.. gotta bit of an interesting character you possess.." he smirked.
