Felicia Vargas: Hetalia
That's right. Connie's ex girlfriend. She is also a friend of Petra's. She was Connie's good friend in social media, and then became his girlfriend. Sasha was very jealous of her. Everything about her, Sasha envied with no regret. She envied her taste in food, her clothing, her cuteness and perkiness, but mostly because she got to Connie first. But feeling like she was the third wheel, she dumped Connie in order for him to reunite with Sasha. She then moves to New York and has a relationship with her brother's best friend, Ludwig (aka Germany). She comes back once, but is never shown again after that.

Feliciano Vargas: Hetalia
Felicia's twin brother. He was the one who comforted Sasha, who was completely devastated about Connie's relationship with Felicia. He finds Sasha as "pretty" or "cute" and enjoyed spending time with her when they first meet. His adorable personality makes it comfortable for Sasha to talk to him. But due to Connie's jealousy, they didn't get to see each other that much anymore. And it got harder for them to get in contact when he moves to New York. Unlike Felicia, he wasn't really supposed to be part of the setup. But he was a source of tension for Connie so I guess it was a good thing he came to the picture.

Sousuke Yamazaki: Free!
Sousuke didn't give an effect to the Springles relationship, but he left a huge effect on the EreMika relationship. He was Mikasa's ex boyfriend. They began dating after Makoto had given up in approaching Mikasa because of Eren. He was serious about his swimming career, but cared deeply for Mikasa. His relationship with Mikasa caused Eren to get pissed of at Mikasa. When Mikasa and Eren had a feud, the more he became uncomfortable about how Mikasa was acting. He then got his act straight and dumped her. This was the last time he appeared in the book. He is also the commanding officer of the police force, where Annie's job is.
