This Day Couldn't Get Worse

Chapter Two

Jack's POV
   I couldn't help, but laugh. Mark, one of my friends, just hit a girl in the face with a ball. That's typical of him. My other friend, Felix, also started to crack up. I see Mark talking to her, but I'm laughing to much to see what's going on. I feel bad for the girl, don't get me wrong, but that's what you do when your friends fuck up. He comes back over as I see the girl walk into the school with a dripping red tissue. He has a very confused look on his face.
   "Well, that's one way of flirting with a girl." Felix jokes.
   ""Oh shut up! Let's just go to class already." Mark yells as he hits the both of us. We chuckle as we all enter the school. I just wonder if that girl is alright.

Felix's POV
I still can't believe Mark shot a ball in a girl's face. Jack and I still couldn't stop laughing. I might be laughing, but in the inside I couldn't help feel bad for that girl. I hope her nose isn't broken. Well if it is, she can sue Mark. As we enter the school, I could see a trail of blood leading to the office.
"Mark, look what you've done!" I yell in the hallway. Mark covers my mouth angrily. Jack just giggles as we go to our lockers. Thankfully, our lockers are right next to each other's.
"Hey Mark, I know you couldn't help your clumsiness, but I think she's new, so...way to make a first impression." I joke. Mark glares at me as he slams his locker. Jack and I are taking back from his sudden burst of anger.
"Okay, I get it. I'm a jerk. Now can we just go to class before my day gets any worse." He explains. Jack and I nod as we go to home room.

Your POV
I quickly make my way to the office. Blood is pouring out from my nose. I didn't care about people staring at me, I just want to go to class and be done with the day. As I enter, the office, the staff practically have a heart attack.
"Oh dear, follow me, sweetie." One of the women say as she helps me to the nurses office. She leads me in and puts me down on one of the beds. She goes to the nurse and explains what's wrong with me. They both come out of the room.
"Okay sweetie, I'm just going to check your nose, okay?" She says in a calming voice. I nod as she lifts the tissue away from my nose. The staff lady is still behind the nurse as she hovers over me to see the situation.
"Good. Nothing serious. I'm guessing you were hit in the face with something outside. I get a lot of kids that say that." She smiles to me. I nod as she gets some new tissues.
"Here, lay down for a few minutes. When the bleeding stops, come and find me. I'll be at my desk in that room." She explains as the nurse points to her office and as the other lady leaves.
"I'm also guessing you're new. In that case, my name is Mrs. Preston. And the lady who helped you over here, her name is Mrs. Jones." She says while washing her hands. I nod.
"Tell me if you need anything." She says while going in her office. I sigh as I look over at the clock. It hasn't been an hour yet and I'm already having the worst day ever. The only thing I'm thinking about are those guys. I saw them on my bus for a split second. They seem like a weird bunch. I notice during my thinking that they bleeding stopped. I get up and go into the nurses office area.
"Oh good! It stopped. You can clean up a bit and head to class. Here's your pass. Have a wonderful day here at Willow High!" She smiles as she hands me my pass. I smile back as I leave her office. I clean my nose off and get my stuff. Luckily, no blood went on my clothes, so that's a good thing. Anyways, I get my a schedule from the office and go to first period. My heart starts to beat faster and faster as I get closer to my class. I take a deep breath and enter the classroom.
"Ahh, you must be the new girl, (y/n) (l/n) right?" The teacher ask. I nod as my face turns red. I hate being up in front of people.
"Well, my name is Mr. Stevens. You can take a seat in the back there." He says while pointing to the empty seat in the back. I nod as I look at the seat. Then, I see who's around it. It's the boys from early.
