"THAT'S so good of you two." Sabi saamin ni Sir when he finished watching our video. "Also, I will show this to the class in our next meeting."

"No problem, sir. Thank you." Lumabas kami ng room niya.

Naglakad kami papuntang parking lot. It's already 5PM. Our classes ended at 3 but we waited until our Prof's available. We passed our first project and good thing, he liked it.

"SLOW DOWN!"

Nilingon ko si Aki na hindi ko na pala kasabay. He glared at me. "Masyado ka namang excited!" I glared at him, too.

It's my birthday. And my friends are already in my parents' place. Seven lang naman silang bisita namin but that's enough. As long as she's there.

Cady will be there too.

That night. That night when I punched him. That night when I got jealous.

I don't know what's the real score because she tells me to chill and just have fun. She told me she loves me. And I'm contented with that. As long as I know that I have her heart. That I'm the one holding it in my hand. That's fine. We're fine.

Mabilis ko'ng pinatakbo ang sasakyan ko papuntang bahay nina Mama. Hindi ko pa kasi siya nakikita ngayong araw na 'to because they went to an orphanage. Yeah. Knowing Prim? That's definitely not her thing but her Tita brought her there. She told me she refused in going but mapilit talaga. Her Dad even called her and forced her to go. Natatawa nalang ako habang sinasabi niya 'yon, habang kinukwento niya. Iritang-irita siya at talaga mararamdaman mo 'yong katarayan at kamalditahan niya. Pero ngayon, nasa bahay na siya kasama sina Mira. Miro texted me na andito na sila kaya talagang gusto ko ng umuwi.

Napahinga ako ng maluwag ng makapasok na kami sa subdivision. Konting-konti nalang mayayakap na naman kita.

One thing I realized when you're inlove—you can be so addicted with that particular person. Her smile, her laugh, her smell, her hair, her eyes, even her mere presence. Everything. You crave for her, you want her. Even the way she rolls her eyes over me? I can't stop smiling and I can't stop staring. That's crazy enough but it's true.

She's not perfect but she's all I want.

She didn't changed. Hindi siya nagbago. Siya parin yung sakit ng ulo ng parents niya. Siya parin yung dati pero ako? She changed me. A lot. Who would have thought that I am sweet? Damn, but its the truth. 'Yon na rin ang napapansin ng mga kaibigan ko but I don't care anymore. Basta hawak ko siya. Basta nayayakap ko siya. Basta naamoy ko siya't nahahalikan ko siya—ayos na 'ko.

We became so open to each other. Lalo na sa problems niya sa parents niya. Hindi ko siya pinangungunahan but nagsu-suggest ako ng mga bagay na pwede niyang gawin. Pero ayaw niya. Ayoko naman siyang pilitin. Everytime na may away sila ng parents niya, tinatawagan niya 'ko. Hindi pa nga lang ako nakakapunta sakanila na naroon sina Tita. Nata-timing lang talaga na pagpupunta ako, wala sila. At siya naman, di ko pa nadadala kina Mama. Sa condo ko kami tumatambay.

"Thank you naman at buhay pa 'ko." Sabi ni Aki at bumaba na. Siyempre ako, bumaba na rin agad.

Pagkapasok ko, sinalubong ako ni Rhian. "HAPPY BIRTHDAY KUYA!!"

Nginitian ko siya at nagpasalamat. Hinalikan niya 'ko sa pisngi. "San sila?"

"Nasa entertainment room pa. Hindi pa kasi finish sila Mama." Pinuntahan ko si Mama sa kusina. Napangiti ako when I saw her cooking.
I really appreciate how she makes effort for me and Rhian. Even Papa. Kahit na sobrang busy na rin nila, still,  they make time for us.
