I arrived in London, England at exact 4 in the afternoon. As the plane started to land My eyes started to see the beautiful lights of building. When everyone was sending hugs and smile to someone, I was not. I was currently standing outside the airport waiting for the next taxi to arrived. I couldn't believe what is happening, The last time I was here , I'd made an incredulous promised that I will never return ever again but look who's back.fresh from the flesh, Not just to visit but to live here for real and for good,Fate have stirred my life and made me come back.I remembered how horrified I was when Mum ask me the biggest favour, to go back here ,to live at the house we used to live 6 years ago . I did tried to convinced her to just sell it so I will never have the reason to comeback here and I will be forever detached from this place for good .But My Mom couldn't let it go, when it comes to that house,she got emotional,She'll start to recall how her and Dad worked hard to save money to buy that house. it was also the last token of remembrance we have from my father so it was really hard to convinced her to let it go. I have my own reason though , what I hate about going back was not the house itself, that house was filled with good memories of my beloved father and those were the treasure I will always carry the rest of my life but apart from that, there are also some vile memories that lingers there that I'd managed to escaped and hopefully not to creep its way back now that I am about to go to that house , I couldn't be more fascinated.
The moment I entered the house, I was welcomed by the vibrant beige of the whole interior. it feel different, kinda feel like I was never away and never been moved to different house . So this is the feeling to be back to your original home.
I opened the door to my bedroom and my nose started to fill the lavender scent. I was glad My Mum managed to call a helper to clean the house before I move in, I couldn't decipher the idea of cleaning the voluminous dust everywhere all by myself.
After calling my Mum to informed her I arrived safely and had the last suitcase unpacked,I was immediately filled with sense of relief that I could finally take a nap that I was longing for as soon as I stepped off the plane.
I nestled my face onto my pillow that was resting on top of the mattress.I needed to get plenty rest for my interview tomorrow in a company called H.E.S Enterprise. I was thankful to my friend , Dane who works there/ my backer as an ECE . she recommended my credentials to that company and I was astound by the quick response of my immediate presence. she said I have big chance to get myself hired since the company I was working in New York before was surprisingly associated to this company . I have never heard that company before and it's somehow intriguing to my upcoming salary
An audible sigh escape from my lips as I bring the light weight sheet over my body . my eyes fluttered close, wondering what tomorrow would bring before drifting myself to sleep.
