You should divide your portion into different parts and study one part at a time.For example for physics your divisions can be-
1 formulae
2 diagrams
3 notebook
4 textbook
5 past papers
6 revision
7 behind the text
8 definitions
9 numericals
Etc
So when you get time to study, do these divisions according to the amount of time you have....
if you have only an hour, do the simple,less time consuming stuff like formulae.
If you have a whole day for studying, do the textbook.
If you divide your portion like this, you can make sure that you do everything atleast once.write out your list and then cut off every division once you have done it.
