During exams, either you are extremely hungry while studyin, or are too nervous and nauseous to eat anything.
Whatever it is, you need to eat just enough, neither too much, nor too little.
Eating healthy is important as you dont want to gain too many pounds and then have a horrific realisation after the exams are over.
If you eat little, you should make sure its not junk as that is not going to help you in any way.
You need to know that you are beatiful just the way you are.Just take care of your health and dont let exams affect it.

Dont skip breakfasts but do skip late night snacks
