JazMyne, Hakeem, Jaley & Kaden in the mm

JazMyne one month later

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY BABY!!!"

I smiled and she jumped into my arms "Thank you mommy"

"Your welcome baby. Today is a big day for you"

"I know girl" she said dramatically.

I laughed "Watchu wearing today?"

"I wanna wear my light jeans and camouflage jacket" she said.

"Alright go get in the shower"

"Are still bringing the stuff up to my school?" She asked.

"Of course. You said you want superman ice cream right?"

She nodded her head.

"Alright let's getchu dressed"

She hopped off her bed and we went into the bathroom.

I put the water to the right temperature and I walked out the bathroom. I went to the kitchen and was greeted by our new dog Prince and Iggy. We got him a week ago.

"Hi my babies" I rubbed their heads.

I washed my hands then went to the cabinet to get the pancake mix. I made a mistake and hit the box of brownie mix and it fell to the floor. Prince ran out the kitchen like he was flash. I laughed.

"It's OK prince" I laughed.

Jaley came down with her outfit on. She looked so cute.

"Ooooowwwww look at you! Do a spin. Do a spin" I said admiring her.

She spin around posing.

She is so beautiful with her long hair and big brown eyes and mocha skin color. I hope one day when I have my kids that they are beautiful just like her.

I mixed the pancakes mix with chocolate chips and pecans. I turned on the stove and started to cook. I was cooking pancakes, sausage and a fruit salad. Her favorite.

"Thank you mom. Sooooo about my party. I was-" I cut her off.

"Your not having a party" I said.

She was having a party it's an surprise party. I found out that she has 2 aunts, an uncle, a grandma, and cousins. Stephani told me she didn't have any family. I wonder why she said that. So many questions was going through my head.

"Mom stop playing" she said sternly.

"I'm not playing. Your party is the one at your school"

"Noooo I don't want that. I want a bouncy house, Minnie Mouse character, a Dj, my friends, everything that a birthday party supposed to be" she said hitting her hand on the table.

"Jaley don't have me not bring anything up to that school" I warned.

"I don't even like those kids but Kaden" she rolled her eyes.

"Ok. How about we stay here and clean up the whole house even the backyard where Prince poops at. You'll like that?"

"No mommy that's nasty. I'm sorry for my attitude" she said.

"That's what I thought. How about after you get out of school we go get Cincere and my niece and we go get our nails done, hair done, shopping all that good stuff"

"I'll like that" she smiled.

"Good now eat your food so we can go"

She nodded her head.
