Chapter 17

I'm still snuggling under Nathan's embrace, which is very warm, and very comforting. My back is turned against him, his arms still wrapping my body. I turned around and I am now facing his chest and I made myself comfortable.

"Oh, good morning Alex" his morning voice low.

"I don't think I can walk anymore" I said in a worried voice.

"Oh, don't worry about that. You can still walk, this isn't your first time" he said in a reassuring voice.

He kissed my forehead and I wiggled in his embrace. Oh shit! I have work today! I quickly stood up making Nathan jump in shock.

"Whoa! What's up?" He asked.

"I forgot I have work today!" I exclaimed and removed my boxers off.

"Chill, I already—"

"No, no. I'm late, I'm late!" I exclaimed and I ran to the bathroom.

The shower and the bathtub are separated so I let the water of the bathtub run and I turned the shower on. As much as I'm worried that I'll be late today, I deserve a nice long bath.

The cold water from shower hit my body and I adjusted to the coldness of the water. Finally I was able to adjust with the temperature of the water so I began to ruffle my hair when I felt a kiss on my neck on the right.

"I told you to relax Alex. I called Ethan to tell Leo that you're going to be late" he kissed my neck again.

"You should've told me earlier" I said, but every time he would kiss me my neck would arc involuntarily.

"You didn't listen to me" He said.

I turned around and he kissed me, he bit my lower lip which made me flinch and pull away.

"Don't you want it?" He asked. I don't really know if I don't like it or not.

"I don't really know. I'm just afraid" My voice trailed off.

"Afraid that you can't walk?" He laughed, "Look at yourself, you're even standing"

He touched his lips using his thumb and licked it.

"Why? What's the problem?" I asked him.

"I taste blood" He said in a confused voice.

"It must be yours" I said in ease but when I let my thumb run on my lips and when I looked at it I saw blood, "Oops, wrong guess. Doesn't hurt at all"

"Then there is no problem" He said and licked my lips and began to kiss me again.

He turned the shower off and pulled away.

"Blood's gone" he said and made a grin.

"Am I thinking what you're thinking or am I wrong?"

"Yes you are"

"Oh, Six? Today is pay day, just check your bank account" One said. Right now I don't really have pocket money so it's a good timing but it sounds unfair that I'd get paid today and I just started recently.

"Why? That's unfair, I just started" I said, because it really is unfair, I don't want my friends to think something else.

"Oh, no worries Six, when I—we—me and Five, started it was only a week then we got paid" Four said. He has a point but why do I still find that unfair?

"I know why you're worrying about this. Don't worry ok? We aren't judgemental people" Three said. Well, there is my answer right there.

"Oh, that? Don't worry, we've all been there" Two said.
