25 :closer than you know

Violets POV
Currently I wake up next to Mark and I was cuddled tightly into his arms , I really like him . I didn't want to wake him so I reached down for my pocket where my phone was to check the time 13:45 pm we slept late , really late , my stomach growled considering I hadn't really ate that much yesterday , I shook Mark because I knew we had to get up even though I didn't want to move , Mark started to wake up , he had his eyes half open and he leaned in to kiss me , I felt his soft plump lips on mine, it was nice but I pulled away because I don't want to ruin my friend ship with Mark .
He looks really embarrassed he didn't even look at me , " oh ,...um...I'm sorry " I pulled his face up to look at me " dont be " and I kissed his cheek , what , I didn't even mean that , god it's like my body took over me , he was blushing and so was I .
I got out of bed along Mark and we walked downstairs , there was a note on the counter ,
Violet/Mark
Me and Zoe have gone out to the mall we won't be back until 5 , my mom left you guys money for food , under the bowl , mom has gone out with her friends and won't be back for a few days , see you when we get home xx

Jacob didn't write that I can tell , that sounded nice and sweet but he's not and it definitely wasn't Zoe , she would have called me names .
I left the note and made me and Mark pancakes , I made us 4 each cause we were both pretty hungry , not bragging but they tasted really good . We finished and I went sand got showered while Mark was picking clothes out for us , I brushed my teeth after my shower and got out . Mark went in and to be surprised he actually picked me out a nice out fit , I grabbed some undergarments and changed into (media ) , after I was dressed I did winged eyeliner and I had to put on concealer to cover up the redness under my eyes along with purple . I looked down to my stomach and to be surprised the bruise was getting better but you could still see it so I putt a bit of concealer and foundation on it to cover it up a bit , I didn't want to be known for a attention seeker again . I was on my phone waiting for Mark , he came out a few minutes later and tbh he looked hot , not saying he doesn't always but today he looked even more , what am I saying , I mentally slap myself . Mark comes and sits next to me , he whispered " why don't we order pizza then go for a walk around the park , we can leave a note for Jacob if we ain't back in time " I laughed " yeah but why are you whispering " he laughed and I called the pizza place , I ordered a pizza for us to share , i just went for pepperoni because I couldn't be bothered to say anything else , about 45 minutes later it came , we paid the guy and he stared at me for a while , I got uncomfortable , Mark came down and he saw I was uncomfortable and asked the man for the change , he finally snapped out of it , he gave us change and we closed the door , I got me and Mark a drink of  Gatorade and sat down next to him , we talked whilst we ate pizza , it was 15:37 so we wrote a note and walked to the park , suddenly I felt marks hand in mine , a spark , I had butterflies , butterflies really ? We continued walking , we walked around the park for about an hour , we decided to go to the ice cream shop , lucky Mark brought extra money .
I got a scoop of candy floss and a scoop of bubblegum , Mark got chocolate chip and bubble gum , the woman gave us our cardboard bowls of ice cream and Mark payed , we sat down in a booth and talked for ages , it felt really nice hanging out with the boy you like who is also your best friend . I have no words to explain how much I like him now ! Today couldn't be more perfect .

Marks POV
after our ice cream we started to walk back home , we were talking about our lives and about people , she said " yeah I get it I mean no one likes me " I knew what she meant " no someone likes you in the world , maybe they are just hiding it from you making sure not to ruin a thing " she spoke " well I will never know who , I guess they could be close they could be far but until I find out  I will never know ." I mumbled " that person I closer than you think  " and we walked back hand  in hand , one we got back to the house , Jacob came up too Violet " where have you been !" She spoke " me and Mark went out didn't you read the note " he looked confused " what note ?" She said back " the one me and Mark left for you on the table?" He was even more confused but Zoe looked guilty .

Zoe's POV
Obviously I chucked the note in the bin , I didn't want him to know where they were , he shouldn't care where they were , Mark gave me a suspicious glare , oh shoot , he spoke " Zoe did you see the note  ?" I shook my head , he walked over to the bin , he saw the note on top , he shouted " the note is here " and everyone went by Mark , Jacob asked me " Zoe did you chuck this " I spoke as quick " I must've on accident because I chucked the one you wrote in the bin " Violet just gave me a glare and Mark washed his hands , bitch knows it's me , but Jacob wouldn't believe her even if she said anything .
After about 10 minutes they grabbed food and went upstairs leaving me and Jacky for some piece along to ourselves , yay !!
