Chapter 9:worst day ever

Today I woke up , my face was still hurting but there wasn't any mark there to show of anything happening , I got up out of bed . I walked into the bathroom to see Daniel brushing his teeth , I didn't say anything I just ignored him and brushed mine .
I remembered about talking to Jacob last night and what I said , I was a bit harsh to him but he deserved it for slapping me , I couldn't hold my anger in .
After the awkwardness in the bathroom , I went and got changed ran downstairs and grabbed a apple and left . I was walking down an alley when Jacob came down up to me . He punched me and started kicking me , he grabbed me and pinned me against the wall , he whispered " you'll be sorry , your going to regret ever coming to this school , you worthless bitch " .
I started to cry while he just walked off , I had no friends , I was in so much pain . I walked to school and the bell rang , I was on my way to home room when Jacob and his posse came up to me , his posse included Chad , Joseph , mark Thomas , Daniel and Adrianna .
They pulled me into the closet and started kicking me and punching me in my stomach and on my legs , Adrianna kept watch , mark didn't touch me but Daniel and Jacob hurt me the most .
Why did Daniel even hurt me , first it was when he made out with Adrianna and now he's beating me why .
They laughed and walked away I just curled up in a ball and cried . They went to class but after they left mark sat down next to me , I cried in pain " please don't hurt me " ,, he answered " trust me I wouldn't , why do they beat you up , I'm new here "
I just shrugged my shoulders and cried even more . He hugged me I felt more comforted and payed on his chest .
I sat in the closet all day knowing if I went out I would get beaten up again . Mark stayed with me for ten minutes , then we exchanged numbers and he left .
I stayed on my phone all day and just before the bell went , I ran home because I thought Daniel would hurt me and if I ran he wouldn't be able to see me , I got home and ran into my bed room and leaned against the door , I had a text of my father it read :
Hunny , I am going to be on a business trip for 3 months , love you be safe and I know have put $1000 under you bed in a box it's for emergencies see you in 3 months I will phone to check on you everyday xx
I was happy but also sad and upset knowing that Daniel could hurt me and no one would be there to help me , after all I only had mark as a friend .
I heard the door slam so I ran into the bathroom and locked the door , Daniel started banging on the door , i didn't answer him I was to scared too , He burst through the door , he saw the fright on my face but he gripped my hair and dragged me to his room and punched me like a punching bag , I cried " STOP " he just kept going , I collapsed to the ground and cried , I crawled back to my room in pain , I grabbed my phone and texted mark to come over , I had a double lock so Daniel wouldn't be able to break through the door , I texted mark to come through my window by climbing quietly up my ladder on the side of my house , lucky there wasn't a window on the side of the house except my bedroom window .
About 10 minutes later there was a knock on my window it was mark , I opened the window , he saw the cut on my hip and the blood on my hands , he grabbed me in for a tight hug , we knew we had to whisper because other wise Daniel would come in and kick mark out .
*after 5 months *
Me and mark became best friends , he was always there for me , my father is gone for a year on business ,Daniel , Jacob , and Adrianna all beat me up , Lexi and heather make fun of me .
I made a friend Katherine , she was really nice and she would stick up for me when heather and Lexi would shout stuff at me . Mark and Katherine  knew I have depression , I don't cut or anything,  I did for 2 weeks after i started getting beat up even more , but I haven't since mark caught me , the worst thing is Daniel lives in my House so when mark and Katherine leave he invites over Jacob and they beat me up , it is natural to me , every day I will have 3 beatings , one in the morning with Jacob and Daniel , Jacob in between lessons and at night with Daniel and sometimes Jacob . I still don't know why they all started beating me up in the first place , if I ask they hurt me more and more .
