Rosalie & Emmett; Another Miracle

Ava Marie Denali

"Oh my he's gorgeous!" Tanya admires George in her arms.
I stand beside Emmett with his arm wrapped around my waist. We arrived at Denali about an hour ago. Everyone is gathered around in the Denali's living room.
"Something about you two." Eleazar mutters looking at George.
Everyone in the room looks at Eleazar with confusion.
"What do you mean Eleazar? Are you talking about Emmett and Rosalie?" Carlisle speaks.
"Yes." He nods and changes his gaze from George to us, "I can already tell that George posses advanced strength... Your daughter Emmalie, well there is no questioning, she posses advanced beauty."
"To what level of strength will George have?" Carlisle asks, intrigued.
"Very close to a vampire. But that doesn't mean he has no human side."
"Interesting. That must have something to do with genetics." Carlisle mutters.
"Of course." Eleazar agrees.
I gaze up at Emmett and smile.
"Well he didn't get it from me." I chuckle.
"So how is Kate going?" Bella asks.
"She's going alright." Garrett answers as he enters the door.
All eyes go to him and he waves. I notice that his eyes aren't the familiar red anymore. They're more of a gold colour.
"Adjusting to the vegetarian lifestyle, Garrett?" Edward comments, chuckling.
"Yeah." Garrett almost frowns.
"It's for the baby." Tanya adds.
There was a moment of silence. Garrett cleared his throat;
"Carlisle, Kate would like to talk to you."
"Of course." Carlisle stood up as he followed Garrett out the room.
Tanya walked over to me and passed George into my arms.
"I'll be back. Make yourselves comfortable." Tanya smiles.
I look at George as he stares at Tanya walking away. He then locks eyes with me and a tiny smile grows across his face. I notice that he has teeth growing.
"Emmett look at his little teeth!" I become excited.
I look back to Emmett with an uncontrollable grin stretched across my face. Emmett stares at George also smiling.
"Bella, Rosalie." I hear Carlisle call from the other room.
I gaze over to Bella who stands up off the couch. I hand George over into Emmett's arms.
"I'll be back." I mutter.
I follow behind Bella as she opens the door to the next room. At first I see Carlisle and Garrett either side Kate who is laying on the bed. Tanya stands beside Garrett as Garrett holds Kate's hands.
"She's having contractions." States Carlisle.
Bella and I exchange a glance.
"I didn't give birth like this, Rose. You should talk to her." Bella mumbles.
"Yeah." I breathe out.
I walk over to Kate.
"You'll be okay during this birth, you're a vampire." I smile.
I hear Bella chuckle behind me.

"How's Kate?" Esme asks Tanya.
We all sit around the lounge room as usual. Seth, Jacob, Emmalie and Renesmee all went to play outside. George is in the room Emmett and I are staying in having a baby nap. I snuggle into Emmett's side. Bella and Edward sit beside us. Bella also snuggled into Edward. Tanya and Esme sit on the love seat in front of us. Carmen and Eleazar went hunting this morning, just the two of them. They're back now, sitting together on the other couch.
"She's doing great. The baby's healthy. They're just finishing the baby's check up." Tanya replies.
Kate gave birth this morning. She went into labour last night. I stayed for the beginning of her birth but left for some privacy whilst she actually gave birth. No one knows the gender or name of the baby yet. We all want to meet the baby first.
"I still think it's a boy." Bella smiles.
Edward is practically the only one who knows what gender the baby actually is.
Alice too, but she's back at home with Jasper. Edward doesn't flinch towards Bella's guess. He doesn't say anything when someone guesses.
Suddenly I hear footsteps walking towards the door where Kate was. There a three footsteps, all light and weightless.
Carlisle opens the door and walks through with a smile. He stands in front of all of us.
"Where's the little baby?" Tanya almost sings, she stands up off the couch.
We all adjust ourself and sit straight.
First Garrett walks through the door he smiling and he locks eyes with Tanya and gives her a satisfied smile. Following Garrett, Kate walks through the door looking healthy. In Kate's arms is a tiny bundle. Tanya doesn't waste a second and she flies over beside Kate. She admires the tiny baby with big eyes.
"Oh Kate the babies a perfect mix of you and Garrett." Tanya chimes.
"She's perfect." Kate coo's, more talking to the baby than Tanya.
"She?" Esme asks.
"Yes, her name is Ava-Marie. Ava, for short." Garrett says.
"Can I hold her?" Tanya asks.
Kate nods her head and gently passes Ava over to Tanya. From what I can see is tiny sandy blonde curls. Kate grins as she watches Tanya hold Ava. She slowly makes her way over beside me.
"Congratulations Kate." I hug her.
"Thank you, Rosalie."
I break the hug and notice that Emmett is talking to Garrett.
"She's so perfect. Everything I wanted and more." Kate mutters.
"I know how you feel." I say.
Kate stare's at Ava in Tanya's arms. Carlisle stands beside Esme, hand in hand. Tanya, with Ava, speak to Esme, Carlisle, Carmen, Eleazar and Bella. Edward, Emmett and Garret have their own conversation.
"She has sandy blonde hair, from what I can see." I utter.
"Yeah Ava is a blonde. She also has green eyes." Kate tells me.
I smile in awe. Then through the side door that leads out to the snowy forests, walks in Emmalie and Renesmee. Emmalie spots me first and I smile. She skips her way over to me and Renesmee makes her way over to Bella and Edward.
"Hey mum and Kate." Her tiny voice rings like bells.
"Hello Emmalie." Kate smiles.
"Hey baby." I cuddle her and pull her only my lap.
She is still so tiny. He curls fall down to her waist and I notice they have little snow flakes laced throughout her hair.
"Have you been playing in the snow?" I ask her.
She smiles and nods her head. She leans onto my shoulder.
"I'm just a bit tired now." She mumbles.
I stroke her blonde curls.
"You can go to sleep if you'd like. George is asleep in our room." I offer.
"I'm too awake to sleep but I'm exhausted." She says, "can I sit with you?"
"Of course baby." I peck her on the cheek.
I notice the smell of dog on her. Come to think of it, where are the dogs Seth and Jacob?
"Where is Seth and Jacob?" I ask.
"They went hunting. They wouldn't let Nessie and I go because it started to snow heavily. They sent us back inside." Emmalie mutters.
I pear outside the window and see nothing but white particles falling fast from the sky. It's a good thing that Seth and Jacob sent Ness and Emmalie inside, I don't want either of them to get sick. Especially Emmalie. I guess the dogs are looking after the girls well.
