Rosalie & Emmett; Another Miracle

Her First Memory

We enter Bella and Edward's cottage.
"Mummy, daddy!" Emmalie calls as she runs up to us. Emmett scoops her up in the air and twirls her around. She giggles uncontrollably. He sits her on his hip.
"Hello bubba." I cuddle her in Emmett's arms.
"Hey." Bella greets, standing in front of us.
"Hi." I reply, "thank you for having her."
"No worries. Her and Ness had fun."
"Yeah, Mum, we watched movies and played dress up." Emmalie informs me.
I chuckle, "that's great. What do you say to Aunty Bella?"
"Thank you for having me." Emmalie smiles towards Bella. Bella smiles.
"No problem. You can come over any time, Emmalie."
"Where is Edward?" Asks Emmett.
"With Ness. They were just packing the toys up."
On cue, Edward and Renesmee enter the room. Renesmee skips her way over to us. I bend slightly down and cuddle her. She's getting so tall.
"Hi Aunty Rosalie." She says.
"Hi Ness." I smile.
"Alright. You ready Emmett?" Edward utters.
"I was born ready." Emmett replies. Typical. Everyone chuckles. Emmett places Emmalie on the ground. Emmalie makes her way over to me and holds my hand.
"I'll see you when I get back." Emmett kisses my cheek.
"Bye." I say.
Edward and Emmett exchange glances and nod, ready to go.
"See you later Baby." Bella hugs Ness goodbye.
"Bye mum." She hugs bella back. Once they break the hug bella tells me,
"Thank you for looking after her."
"Anytime. Have fun."
Bella smiles. Then the three of them walk out the back door, into the woods to hunt.
"Alright. Let's go back to the main house." I state. The girls both nod their heads.

All three of us sit on the couches in the lounge room. I just put the TV on, some children's channel. They seem to be pretty entertained by it. I flip through a magazine, one of Alice's fashion mags. She sometimes leaves a few of the magazines here from when she is reading them earlier.
"Mum." I hear Emmalie's soft voice. I Instantly whip my head up to the right.
"When is my baby sibling coming?" She smiles.
"In two weeks baby." I answer. She snuggles into my side as her eyes glue to the screen. Renesmee skips over to my left side from the other couch. She sits down and flashes me a grin. I smile and place an arm around her growing body.
"Aunty Rosalie, you know I've never seen a baby inside a belly." She stares at my stomach, "does it feel weird?"
I look down at my enlarged stomach as well.
"Uh- sometimes. You get used to it."
"The first baby I've ever met is Emmalie." Ness says.
"Really?" Emmalie sits up and looks at Renesmee in amazement. Ness nods her head.
"You were tiny." Ness giggles. Emmalie looks down at herself and then up at me.
"I was in your belly, like my baby sibling, hey Ma?"
"Yes." I place a light kiss on the crown of her blonde hair.
"I was in my mum's belly, Bella." Renesmee mutters.
"I remember. I was the first person, other than your mum and dad, to hold you." I tell Ness. She grins. Then she gently places the palm of her hand on my cheek. My sight is gone and Renesmee shows me her first memory of me. I see my face cooing something to her. I'm smiling and holding hear near the fire place. Ness pulls her hand away and my sight goes back to normal. I smile.
"Huh." Those words escape my lips, "I remember that too."
"What did Nessie show you mumma?" Emmalie asks. I turn my head to her and my eyes lock with her sparkling blue eyes.
"Her first memory of me." I answer.
I hear a noise from a notification on my phone. I pick my phone off of the coffee table and check the notification. It's a text message from Emmett;
'Are you okay babe? No pregnancy problems?'
Emmett's obviously worrying about how I am with the pregnancy. He hated leaving me alone whilst I'm pregnant but he needs to hunt.
I text Emmett back;
'Yeah, No problems. I'm fine Emmy, stop worrying.'
Instantly I get a reply from him;
'Okay. I'll be home soon. Edward's just told me that there are a heap of bears in the mountains near by. I love you.'
I chuckle. Emmett loves his bears.
'Remember Emmett don't play with your food. I love you too.' I send him.
Lastly, He replies with;
'Aw but Rosie that's the best part! Alrighty, bye love.'
I simply reply with; 'xoxo'
I turn my phone off and place it back on the coffee table.

I hear the ever familiar sound of Emmett's booming laugh ring through the doorway. Soon enough, Bella and Emmett enter the lounge room where Emmalie, Renesmee and I are all still sitting. Renesmee jumps up at the sight of her mother and runs over to Bella. Emmalie and I both stand up to greet Emmett.
"Daddy!" Emmalie hugs Emmett. Emmett hugs her back and lifts her up into his arms.
"Hey Emmalie." He kisses her cheek. He walks over to me and places a kiss on my cheek muttering the words, "Hey beautiful."
"Hey." I simply reply. I turn to greet Bella. I see her and Ness having their own conversation. I gaze at them whilst I hear Emmett and Emmalie have their own conversation. I place one hand on my pregnant belly. Gosh time flies. It felt like yesterday that it was only Ness that was the child in the family. Now we have Emmalie and the new baby.
"Bella." I say. She looks up at me with smile.
"Yeah Rosalie?" She answers.
I gesture for her to follow me. Bella nods her head.
"Ness, Stay here with Uncle Emmett and Emmalie." She tells Renesmee. Renesmee nods and walks over to where Emmalie and Emmett are sitting on the couch. I walk with Bella to the balcony. I notice it's dark outside. We open the doors, close them and walk over the the railing. I rest my arms on the railing, gazing at the scenery.
"Isn't it crazy how time flies." I say after a few moments of silence.
"Yeah." Bella sighs.
"Last time we stood out here together was when I told you my story." I drop my gaze to my hands, remembering the not so good times of my human life.
"Bella, this type of pregnancy is hard and I've gotta give you some credit for doing this whilst you were still human."
"Well, You saw what it was like. But it's all worth it." She pauses, I look over to her and I see her staring at the floor, "Rosalie, thank you for everything."
I change my gaze from Bella to the forest in front of us.
"No problem Bella."
Then bella turns to me and smiles excitedly.
"So, are you excited for the baby!?" She exclaims.
"Definitely excited!" I utter.
Bella's eyes lock on my large stomach.
"May I?" She holds her left hand out.
"Sure."
She places her hand on my stomach. She lightly smiles.
"I remember when this was me with Ness."
"I remember too." I chuckle.
