*Sequel to The Alpha's Mate*
After 3 years since Shay was taking Will has her and his band of misfits on a journey to take whatever they wanted. Shay now stronger than ever using her powers at full potential was ready to crush whatever was necessary...
As soon I hit the door I shifted and darted into the woods surrounding the pack house.
I cloud hear Nate trying to catch up already out of breath, but I didn't slow down. My wolf was in control and even though we hadn't seen or smelled Chase in such a long time she knew he was ours.
I never slowed down as I ran and ran until I couldn't feel my legs and even then I continued to run slowing down enough to so that Nate could catch up.
He panted harshly his paws pounded the damp ground beside me.
"Can we slow down?" he whined over mind link.
I instantly stopped dead still in my tracks as he skidded to a halt.
He closed his eyes has I shifted and I couldn't help but chuckle.
He walked blindly behind a tree before returning with basketball shorts on.
"Are you dressed?"
"I have been this whole time." I giggled looking as his confused face.
"How?"
"White wolf." I smiled.
"You lucky ass."
We walked at a slow space until we came to the clearing that meant the end of the pack's territory.
I laid down breathing deeply.
"I missed our runs."
"Me too." He smiled, "I missed you but I can't imagine how much Chase must've-"
"I don't want to talk about him." I interrupted.
"He loves you, Shay."
"Obviously not enough to resist a fuck."
He didn't respond after that. We just lay quietly not speaking to each other. I don't know how long we had been there or even how long we had ran but it was getting dark and I wasn't ready to go back to the pack house.
After awhile Nate and I headed back to the pack house to work out some. That was pretty much all I did when I was with Will, it helped pass the time.
The pack gym was different from the last time I had seen it. It was bigger with a lot more equipment.
The longer I worked the more guys flowed into the gym. I didn't think much of it until a boy about 17 fell off a treadmill. I payed them know attention. I was to focused.
After a while everyone got quite and stopped doing what they doing but I continued with my push ups.

"Out! All of you!" I didn't even have to look up.
I could tell by the presence of power and commending tone it was Chase. People almost broke their necks trying to run out.
The girl that slept with him while was gone, who I had learned was name Madison, stood at the gym door with a smug look on her face.
"Don't try to fight her." Nate whispered, "You'll get your hurt and your face already has this weird droopy thing going right here." he pointed to a random part of her face, making things up to annoy her.
She huffed and stomped her foot before turning and walking away.
After deciding I had done enough today I hoped up from push up position.
Chase stood staring at me, his eyes were dull and full of sadness.
I didn't know what to say. What is there is to say after you've been missing for three years?
"I'll see you later." Nate nodded briefly, before walking out of the gym and closing the door.
Fuck
"How have you been?"
His voice startled me. It seemed to be deeper and more raspy then I remembered.
"Better." I mumbled.
My throat had all of a sudden became dry and I felt the urge cry.
"It's all my fault. I should've never given him the opportunity to take you and I'm sorry. I'm-"
"Just stop." He all of a sudden wouldn't look at me his eyes glued to the floor, "It's over so why apologize."
My hands were shaky and it felt as if no amount of water in the world could quench my thirst.
"I'm sorry." he looked up me his eyes watery.
I wanted to comfort him but I didn't know how. I was starting to wonder if things could ever go back to normal.
It's pretty late and short so sorry about that.
I think I'll update every 2-3 weeks and try to make the chapters longer.
I also really fucking love that you can add pics and gif throughout chapters now so hopefully I'll be doing more of that bc it's fucking lit you guys
Anyway I've been busy bc EOC's and finals are this week so kms🙃
