Chapter 6;

Austin insisted that he carry me out to his car, so he was currently walking down the green hallways of Pine Wood Private Hospital with my arms laced around his neck and my legs dangling freely over his arms that were tightly secured around my thin knees.

When we got to the service desk to check out, I was ready to be put down but he still wouldn’t let me go.
‘Austin Robert Carlile, I am perfectly fine, now put me down you crazy girl.’ I giggled into his chest at the look he gave me.
‘Adreena Bridget Smalls, once you are better I am going to kick your scrawny little butt!’ He reprimanded me placing me down gently.

I gave the nurse at the front desk all the information she asked for and turned to walk away when I was swooped up into strong tattooed arms.
‘Austin!!’ I whined, wriggling about in his arms, trying to set myself free. This was getting a little bit ridiculous. He just kept walking, not looking down at me. I huffed whilst crossing my arms, pouting at Kellin who was giggling in front of me.

I was about to warn Kellin to turn around and walk forwards instead of backwards when he crashed into the door and that was the end of me. I fell onto the clean floor of the hospital, my giggles echoing off the walls, and looked over to Austin who was doubled over in fits of laughter.

I looked back over to Kellin and started giggling again. Seeing him sitting there will a dumbfounded look on his face was the most priceless thing I had ever seen. It just made my day. I got up and thanked the heavens above when Austin let me walk by myself to the car.

We were standing outside the hospital door when Jacky came running out and engulfed me in a warm embrace. I felt a wet patch on my shoulder and lent back to see tears streaming down her flawless face.
‘I’m so sorry Jacky. I didn’t mean to do this to you. I will promise to stay as strong as I can, and call you whenever I need someone to talk to.’ I smiled a strained smile at her.
She smiled at me through her tears and handed me my bottle of tablets that I must have dropped when I fell from Austin’s arms.

We went to continue walking when she turned to Kellin. ‘Oh, Kellin, don’t run into any more doors now will you son. We don’t want another one of you three in here so soon.’ She winked and laughed at Kellin’s beetroot red face.
‘Uh….ye...ah…ok………..ay’ He replied embarrassed.

Once Jacky had gone back inside we continued to the car when Kellin stopped us.
‘Adreena, will you ride with me? I just want to talk to you.’ He asked politely.
I saw Austin give him a stern look and I shook my head.
‘Kel, I just want to go home and go to bed. I will text you tomorrow and let you know how I am feeling.’ I smiled sorrowfully at him. He just nodded and smiled at me.

‘Alright, talk to you later.’ And with that he turned and walked to his bright red Ferrari.

‘Austin, will you stay with me tonight?’ I asked him, attempting to rub the tiredness out of my eyes. He just nodded and kissed my forehead, opening the door to his midnight blue jeep for me to hop in.
He closed the door gently and ran around the back of the car, throwing my bag in the boot during the process. He slid gracefully into the driver’s seat, and the car came alive with the gentle hum of the engine starting.

We were half way home when I felt Austin take me small hand in his big one whilst looking over and smiling at me. I lent my head back on the headrest and felt sleep starting to consume me. I heard the clicking of buttons and the introduction to Metamorphosis start to play in the background before I completely blacked out.

I was awoken by the gentle shaking of my body and looked over to see Austin deep chocolate eyes staring at my face.
‘Adreena, baby, we are home.’ He cooed quietly and I opened my eyes fully.
I leant over to undo my seatbelt when I heard the car door opening. I turned my head to see Austin standing there waiting for me to hop out with the cutest grin on his face.

I sat up after untying my Batman limited edition Converse and looked around trying to find Austin. ‘Babe, do you want some food? I am cooking homemade Pizza? Your favourite.’ He asked sweetly, coming through my bedroom door and stopped blank.
I looked at him funny until I realised that I had no top on. I quickly dived for my doona and popped my head out to find him grinning like a fool.

‘Austin Robert Carlile, if you want to live to see tomorrow I suggest you take you scrawny butt out of my room and let me finished getting dressed.’ I said with a sickly sweet voice.
‘He just grinned even bigger and started creeping towards my bed.

My eyes went wide before I could register what he was doing, but once I did, it was too late. Austin jumped on my bed, flinging the doona towards the door and started tickling me.
I was screaming and laughing at the top of my lungs when my older brother Noah walked in and joined Austin.
‘Noah Andrew Smalls, I would get off me if I was you or I will burn all of your Porn magazines.’ I giggled at him, and to my delight, he stopped.

‘What are you guys doing home so early?’ He asked once we had all calmed down and caught our breath.
Nash reached over and handed me my shirt with which I slid over my head.
‘Thankyou loser.’ I smiled at him.
‘No problem baby sister. I don’t care how long you have been going out, you still don’t have my permission to see her naked.’ Nash replied, winking at Austin who went bright red in the face.

‘I got discharged from the hospital today and I wasn’t really up to going out and socialising straight away.’ I answer his question, my face dropping in the process. Austin slid over, wrapping his hands around my waist and kissing my cheek softly.
‘Aww, well I am going to stay here and look after you for about a month.’ Noah replied happily ‘I have a month of summer off’ he finished before I had the chance to ask why.
I smiled at him happily and leant over and gave him a welcome home hug.

‘I missed you Noah.’ I said, tears streaming down my face.
I was about to wipe them away when I felt the pads of Austin’s thumbs swipe under my eyes.
I smiled at him thankfully and turned back to Noah.
‘I missed you too baby sister’ he smiled at me, holding me in a warm embrace.

‘Anyways Noah, can you give me and Austin some time alone? We haven’t really had much since we have been a couple.’ I grinned sheepishly.
He had a confused look on his face and then a look of recognition flashed across his eyes and he got off the bed and basically ran out the door.
I laughed to myself and then turned to Austin. He was lying there staring at the ceiling until I jumped on his chest.

‘How may I help you Madam?’ He asked, wiggling his eyebrows in a suggestive manner.
I bent down and kissed his lips softly and was about to pull back when he deepened it.
He licked my lips asking for entrance but I denied.
He groaned and pulled away and I grinned at him.

I started kissing down his jawline and moved to his neck where I nibbled until I got a satisfying moan out of him. I felt something hard underneath me and laughed as I continued kissing his neck.
He threw his head back in delight and his breathing became short and hitched.

He grabbed me by the hips and looked me directly in the eyes.
‘Are you sure you want to do this?’ He asked in a serious tone.
I just nodded at him and continued kissing him.
He leant over and pulled his wallet out of his jacket pocket which was discarded on the floor and pulled out what he needed.


Alright guys! I apologise for taking so long. I don’t really have an excuse apart from me moving to a new school and blah blah blah.
