Bell rang, indicating that my last class got over, Now I can finally go home.

I went out of my class adjusting my bag on my shoulder. I went to my locker, because my bag was feeling heavy, so I thought of keeping some books in the locker before I head to my house. and to make sure that I keep my maths textbook and notes with me for the project.

while I was on my way someone pulled my bag, making it fall on the floor, I was just wearing it on one shoulder, so if someone pulled it, its obvious that it will fall.

I turned to look at the person who did it.

Isaac.

"what is wrong with you?" I asked snapping at him.

" oh, I didn't mean to do it, I was calling your name from a long time, its just that you wouldn't listen to me." He said, keeping both of his hands up in surrender. "plus, you were walking really fast and it was hard catching it up to you." He shrugged.

I picked my bag up. "Why were you calling me anyways?"

" I wanted to talked about the project."

"okay. what about it?"

"lets talk outside, its a bit crowded in here."

We simply walked outside our school and didn't speak a word. We were still walking when I decided to break the silence. Because it was awkward. Really awkward. "So.. What about the Project?"

"what project?" he asked

I furrowed my eyebrows "huh? you said you wanted to talk about it."

"oh yea." He replied scratching his neck, as if he totally forgot about the project. "Alright, ill just go directly to the point"

Okay, he was confusing me now. I gestured him to go on

"I dont want to do the project with you" He blurted out.

Thank god. You were a pain in my a*s, even I didn't want to do the project with you. I wish I could say that...

"Is there a problem? I am cool with changing partners you know." I said shurgging

" what? no" he said scrunching his nose up. "I mean to say, you do the project alone."

What? Is he out of his mind? I cant do it alone, I need someone to do the project with me. I mean yea, if I was a nerd then there wouldn't be any problem, but I really suck at math, even while adding 2 + 2 I literally do it in my calculator, just in case if the answer isn't 4...

"You are kidding right? I cant do it alone."

" sucks to be you." He shrugged and went in the opposite direction

My jaw dropped at his answer, What the hell is wrong with him, he is such a jerk. you know what, I dont need him for my project. wait, I never wanted to do project with him anyways.

I went all the way to my house stomping. I still couldnt believe what he did. I shouldn't have expected anything from him. I threw my bag on the ground and went towards the kitchen. My mom was sitting on the stool near the counter reading newspaper. I went past her to fridge and took milk and made myself a bowl of cereal.

"Honey, whats wrong?" She asked me keeping down the newspaper.

"What? Nothing." I replied eating my cereal.

"Then why 'the grumpy' face?"

"Nothing, Really."

"You can share it with me." She said reassuring me.
