Chapter Eleven- The Wedding

Garroth's POV
UGGGGGG!!! Stupid Zane! Having to ruin my life! *Sighs* I was just about to tell Aphmau how I felt. Why does the world hate me? She's just so perfect I can't stand it. I can't take it anymore. I need her. Ugg, pull yourself together, Garroth! You're loosing it! Anyway, the wedding's tomorrow and I need to pick up my suit from Cadenza.
I walked over to Cadenza's house and went inside. I saw Laurance there, talking to her. Laurance had become a guard two days after arriving in Phoenix Drop. I was happy about that. Laurance and I have grown really close and I thought of him like a 'brother'. I walked over to them.
"Hey Laurance. Hey Cadenza." I greeted them.
"Oh, hey Garroth. So, have you told Aphmau yet?" Laurance asked. I blushed inside of my helm.
"W-what are you t-talking about Laurance? Tell her what?" I stuttered. He chuckled.
"You know you can't hide it from me, Garroth." He said.
"Ohhhh, what is it? Laurance tell me!" Cadenza said, shaking her brother.
"It's nothing. Anyway, Cadenza. I came to pick up my suit." I said, trying to change the subject.
"Hmm? Oh, that's right! Here you go." She walked over to a closet and gave me my suit.
"Thanks, Cadenza. Well, I'll see you guys later." I said leaving. I was aware of Laurance following me.
"You know you can't hide it forever." He said. I rolled my eyes.
"No, but I can hide it for as long as I want. Thank you very much." I replied.
"If you don't then I'm taking her from you." He said.
"Oh really," I said, turning to him. "If you can, then why haven't you?" He gave me the 'Death Stare'.
"I want to at least give you a chance, but if you don't want one I'll happily take her." He smirked.
"Hmph, whatever. Just leave me alone, Laurance." And I walked away. He should just mind his own business.

Aphmau's POV
It's the next day and I'm sooo excited!!! The wedding's today!!! I'm so happy for Donna and Logan. They haven't been dating all that long and now their getting married?! It's crazy!! Anyway, I need to go over to Cadenza's and pick up me and Levin's outfits. I'm so excited!!
I went out of my house and down to Cadenza's house. I knocked on the door and went inside and down the stairs. I saw Cadenza there, with a beautiful dress in her hands. She saw me.
"OH! Lady Aphmau. I thought that you'd forgotten to get your dress so I was about to run it over to your house. I also have little Levin's outfit too. Here, put it on. Everyone else is already in their formal wear so go ahead. You can change in there." She said, pointing to the bathroom.
"Oh, thanks." I said, taking the dress and going to change in the bathroom. I came back out and Cadenza looked stunned.
"Oh my Irene, Aphmau. You look gorgeous!" She said. I smiled.
"Awww, thanks Cadenza. This dress is amazing. Thank you so much."
"Oh, don't even mention it. I owe you for letting me create the outfits so thank YOU." She said.
I left after that and went to go change Levin. Only 30 more minutes until the wedding! I'm so excited!"

(30 minutes later)

Time for the wedding!! I grabbed Levin and made my way to the docks. A few people were already there. Logan, Garroth, Laurance, Kiki, Zane, Emma, little Kyle, and Corey were there already. I made my way over to where I was supposed to stand next to Donna as the other villagers started filling the chairs. I looked out into the crowd and noticed that Garroth wasn't wearing his helm. Well, of course he wasn't, this is a wedding but still. I didn't think that he'd be that comfortable taking off his helm this early. Plus, I thought that he didn't want Zane to know who he was. Garroth looked at me and smiled. I smiled back.
"He really does look cute without his helm on." I thought. I still don't know why I find myself thinking like that about him. Maybe I like him but I don't really know plus, I don't really have the time to be thinking about all that right now.
A few minutes later, Donna came over in her beautiful wedding dress and the ceremony began. The ceremony was only a few minutes long the they both said, "I do." I was so happy for them. After the ceremony, we all went over to the reception area and hung out. I went over to Donna and Logan to congratulate them and then I headed to the dance floor. When I got there, I felt someone tap me on the shoulder. I turned around and saw Garroth holding his hand out.
"Lady Aphmau. May I have this dance?" He asked, sweetly. I smiled and put my hand on his.
"Of course, you may." I giggled.
We danced through three songs before we started getting tired we went over to sit at a table and ate some food. People were starting to leave at that point. A few minutes later, after Donna and Logan had left on the boat, Garroth and I were the only ones left. We were just standing on the gazebo, watching the boat disappear. It was pretty dark out and I was thinking about heading home soon.
"That was a very nice wedding." Garroth said. I looked at him.
"Yeah, it was." I yawned. Garroth chucked.
"Tired?" He asked. I laughed.
"A little." I said.
"Want me to escort you home?" He offered.
"Garroth, my house is right there." I said, pointing at my house.
"Ah, I guess you're right. Hey, um, Aphmau?" That was one of the first times that he's just called me, "Aphmau".
"Yeah?" I asked.
"Well, remember I wanted to tell you something yesterday, but never got the chance to?" He asked.
"Um, yeah? What about it?"
"W-well, I just wanted to t-tell you that I lo-"
"Well, well, well. I knew there was something about you that I couldn't place my finger on." I turned around and saw, Zane.
"Z-Zane?! What are you doing here?" I asked.
"I knew there was something familiar about you the second we met." He said, completely ignoring my question. What he said next shocked me.
"Long time, no see, BIG BROTHER."
