THINGS ONLY NERDS UNDERSTAND
1.) Media
Nerds are not either extremely attractive or extremely unattractive. We look like normal people. Maybe you can't comprehend that, but it's the truth.
2.) When people say that saying that we're nerds is a bad thing.
I'm sorry you think that labelling myself under a group of people with intelligence is a bad thing. I honestly think it's a compliment. People call me a nerd and act like it's a put down, but I'm just like, "You really think so? THANK YOU!!!" And not in a sarcastic way.
3.) When you think you're stupid.
We all feel this way at one point. It's usually a social thing for me, but then again I have terrible social skills. No joke. It's the worst.
4.) When you say a science joke and you're the only one that gets it.
Did you hear about the scientist who's body temperature went to absolute zero? He's 0k. If you don't get it you're not as nerdy as I am. If you don't get it you're in the majority actually. And no, I won't explain the joke.
5.) When people expect you to know everything.
Bitch I swear if you ask me again I will fucking murder you. That's what I wish I could say, but I'm nice so I say something like I don't know.
6.) When people ask you for all the answers when you're partnered in class with them.
AT LEAST TRY TO DO THE WORK!!! I'M NOT A MACHINE!!! If I asked you for all the answers you would be annoyed, right?
7.) Doing all the work in a group project.
If I am the only one that knows thus struggle...
I've lost hope in humanity. I'm engineering a ship to the nearest planet with enough oxygen. Baiiii.
