I sometimes wonder if my family can tell how many time I say the word "apple(s)" in a day.
It's not natural, how much I say it. My friends would agree.
Now keep in mind! I don't like apples.
Here's a conversation.
Family Member: How you doing?
Me: *hesitates* Apples...
Another one.
Me: *Walking down the hallway at school* *sing-songy* I like apples. I like apples.
Friends: *Walk up to me* What are you doing?
Me: *Stops singing and walking. Looks at friend* Nothing. Nothing a all
Friend: *shrugs* Okay *Walks away with me following behind*
Me: *Waits a minute while still walking behind friend* *sing-songy* I like apples!
