My Struggles With Depression

- Things got really good for 6 months it felt as though it was smooth sailing again it was by no means perfect as I still needed to do alot more work but it was manageable. I saw lady j for about 6 months and then I got signed off, because they felt like I no longer needed the support and I felt the courage to do it on my own.I started seeing lady j in the end of January 2015 and got signed off early days of september 2015, things were okay for the next couple of months.
