graduation and after that

"The years have gone by fast. Ive seen each and everyone of you grow into the beautiful people you are today.
Ive had the pleasure to teach you students and I hope the future brings you only light.

So how was that?" Our teacher asked.

She was giving us a preview of what her speech is going to be for gradutation this afternoon.

We all nodded our heads in aprovel. I cant believe Im going to be considered an adult soon.

Oh, so youre probably wondering whats been happening these past few months.

Well my brother is getting better, but sadly hasnt woken.

His girlfriend Becky had her baby boy. His names Josh and he's the cutest thing ever. Shes a bit sad that Josh's father couldnt see him first.

As for me, I fine. Still keeping in touch with Sarah and Ben, who are both still together.

But for some reason I still cant get over Connor.

I mean yeah he cheated, kind of, but I feel like I want to take him back.

But its to late now, I mean we're completly different countries.

I just have to move on.

The bell rings for all the seniors to go to the changing rooms to get changed into your robes.

"Im so excited to get out of here." Paris said as we got changed.

"Yeah but remember the world is a scary place. You really think youll be able to handle it?" I asked.

She nodded her head as we put on our hats.

Good god Im going to graduate. Ok I can do this.

We all walked out and went to our seats.

It felt like hours of speeches and awards being handed out.

Finally it was time for each student to come up and get their award for graduating.

"Macey Collings. Attending the international school of arts." The principal said.

I smiled and walked up on stage.

I went to go shake our principals hand when I heard people scream my name.

I looked into the crowd and saw my mum, Becky with baby Josh, Paris and...

Sarah and Ben!!

They were smiling at me while yelling my name.

I couldnt believe that they were here.

I quickly shook the principals hand then ran off stage to greet Sarah and Ben.

"Mace!" They yelled as I ran into give them a hug.

"Oh my gosh what are you doing here?" I asked.

"We decided to take a trip to America and visit you." Sarah said excitedly.

I introduced Sarah and Ben to my family.

After the assembly we decided to go home and have a big lunch.

"So how long are you here for?" I asked as I ate my sandwich.

"A week." Ben said with a mouth full of food.

After lunch me, Sarah, Ben and Paris decided to go show them around.

It doesnt take that long to go to LA from my town so we decided to go there.

That and mum said it was alright for us to stay there for a night or two.

We drove to LA, windows all the way down and music cranking.
