It was now Tuesday and I already yearned for the weekend. My father had been calling me nonstop and I still wasn't bothered to answer. Audriana and I were on speaking terms and it was like nothing had ever happened. I badly wanted to mention what happened but didn't want to strain our relationship anymore than it had become.

I was sitting in math with my head in my right hand, trying to not fall asleep to my teachers monotone voice and him having a heavy accent only contributed to my tiredness. As his voice was drowning out, I heard giggling and whispers behind me. They did nothing to disrupt my sleep as my eyes closed for a few moments before I jerked awake on accident and much to my embarrassment as I garnered a stare here and there.

A specific voice behind me had me turning around as I sarcastically asked myself what was so funny? Harry was sitting next to a fellow cheerleader of mine who was in the same position as me with her head in her hand but definitely did it more gracefully. He had a small smile on his lips as he talked to her quietly and I almost stared but turned away for a second as to not look creepy.

I counted to thirty in my head before turning again and looking at them converse diagonal from me. Her hand reached up to gently poke his shoulder as she covered her mouth a bit to muffle herself but not wanting to mess up her lipgloss. I narrowed my eyes slightly but sighed as I faced the board wide awake, very insecure, and a tiny bit jealous. Well maybe a-lot-a-bit jealous.

I had one more class. One more and I could finally go home, have an actual edible meal and even watch Maury while trying to not fall asleep. I should've been happy in this moment, but no. Harry was not making these last ninety minutes pleasant for me as he was shamelessly flirting with girls in my face. Or maybe he wasn't and I was just desperate for his attention and even more insecure.

He had left class with his arm around Julia, the cheerleader who didn't really like me but was deemed one of the nicest girls ever by the rest of the school. His smile was amazing, gorgeous even but hard to put in words just how amazing and gorgeous it was. A piece of my heart broke at the smile he wore; I thought that smile was just for me. He was greeted by another girl causing me to let out a harsh breath at who it was. Jayde held the nape of his neck while his hands found her lower waist. Her way lower waist.

A finger snapped in my face repeatedly. "Uhm, hello? Are you even listening to me?" Audriana's face was close to mine.

I leaned back from her proximity. "Just because I'm not looking doesn't mean I'm not listening, stupid," my voice was meant to be sarcastic but came out more angry than anything.

"Okay, I'm just came here to walk you class and I'm honestly feeling so attacked right now," she widened her eyes as the schools two minute bell rang.

I unconsciously smiled at her and hugged her before walking the opposite way to English. I was at the end of the hall before my shoulder was tugged. I turned, ready to yell at the person, but instead rolled my eyes at the boy in front of me. Harry held his signature smile with one side of his mouth turned up like nothing was wrong.

"Hey, baby," I was confused that he was talking to me in school before I noticed the halls were nearly empty.

"You're gonna make me late," the last word of my sentence was interrupted by the tardy bell over the loudspeaker.
