Chapter Ten Assemble

A MONTH LATER
"Look! Say hi to Auntie Zee!"
Zatanna grinned widely as she watched a video of Nathaniel Pietro Barton that Clint had sent her. In her opinion, the child was absolutely the most adorable thing on the face of the earth. Before she closed her phone, she replied to Clint and said, "Cutie."
She locked her phone and walked out to the main hallway of the new Avengers Facility. After Ultron's attack at the Tower, it was decided that the team relocate to a more secured area. Tony's team was lucky enough to find an unoccupied area in North New York, where a new headquarters was built to train and house the Avengers.
As soon as Zatanna approached, Thor, Steve and Tony smiled and went to greet her. Once they had all greeted the sorceress, the group walked out of the facility to the front yard.
"The rules have changed," Steve said to the three while they walked. "We're dealing with something new."
"To be more specific, the Vision is an artificial intelligence," Zatanna added and crossed her arms. She adjusted the sleeves of her uniform while her heels clicked against the pavement.
"A machine," Tony stated simply. Steve glanced at him and asked, "So, it doesn't count?"
"No, it's not like a person lifting the hammer," Tony said to him. Zatanna rolled her eyes at his analogy. Their conversation had gone from discussing the future of the Avengers as a result of Vision, to debating on whether Vision was worthy to lift Mjölner. "Right, different rules for us."
"He's a nice guy, if you manage to get past the artificial factor to his being," Zatanna interjected. Steve gave his best friend a look of disbelief which made the sorceress shrug.
Thor sighed in bewilderment seeing as how he was amused by the three's banter, "He can wield the hammer, he can keep the Mind Stone. It's safe with the Vision. And these days, safe is in short supply."
"But if you put the hammer in an elevator..." Steve said out of nowhere causing the group to stop in their tracks. Zatanna raised an eyebrow, questioning his theory in order to annoy Thor. Tony then called out, "It would still go up."
"Elevator's not worthy," Zatanna and Steve said at the same time before they called 'jinx' at one another, which they both laughed at.
