An unknown man would smirk, as he marveled at his newly obtained powers, closing his eyes he'd say thank you for all that you've done, as he did he would hear a voice in his head.
"Your very much welcome, all I ask is that you promise to use this power for it's intended purposes."

Smiling to himself the man would begin to respond.
"well now..." "I can't promise you I'll do it, I mean you were the one who wanted to merge with me in the first place..."

As the man spoke his ears would twitch, hearing the leaves rustle in the distance He would stand there motionless listening to the shadows of darkness as they spoke to him. He'd learn that someone was quickly approaching and that they'd saw him and had hid behind the nearby trees. Biting his lip, he'd quickly switch to his thumb, drawing blood from it as he mumbled under his breath.
"Shit!" "They're witnesses now... I wasn't hoping on killing anyone today."

Pretending to seem as though nothing was wrong, he slowly began walking down the slope of the hill, Passing the trees that they were hiding were behind as if he was leaving, then in an instant, The man had drawn his sword, turning around he'd face towards three trees and began running towards them as he did he'd trail his blood along the blade and use it to slash through all three of the trees simultaneously.

Turning and looking towards the middle tree he'd smirk as he saw that he had killed nearly an entire family, Afterwards looking at his sword covered in blood, he'd slowly lick the blade, cleaning the blade of the long trail of blood. Smirking the man's eyes would suddenly begin glowing.
" I love the taste of blood."

Hearing the sound of multiple people arriving at once, he'd make a dash towards the peak of the mountain and jump off as there was no time or possible way for him to fully control his overwhelming power that's constantly growing beyond his control, Leaping off the mountain, he'd land face first, into a massive body of water. The voice and all traces of the demon within him had slowly begun to vanish, making his way back towards land, he'd begin walking the narrow path he was originally destined to go, completely unaware that someone was watching him. Moments later he'd begin hearing a voice, not knowing where it was coming from he'd begin looking around as he did he'd watch as a woman would emerge from the house of the family he had killed. Shrouded in tears, the woman walked over towards him as she begged to know why he had killed her family, after finally finding them. A small grin would slowly appear on the man's face, as it did he'd slowly reach behind him and backhand the woman with such a force that she had tripped and fell, looking down at her his face would turn from one of a playful mood to one of a more serious tone as he told her.
"In this world..."
"You can't trust anyone!"

As he continued to speak he slowly drew and unsheathed his sword.
"Especially your family." I've learned this the hard way, your better off without them."

looking at the man, she would slowly attempt to get up as even more tears began streaming down her cheeks, and as she did, she'd quickly turn to run away. Smirking the man would swiftly tighten the grip around the handle of his sword and as he did he'd quickly throw it towards the woman with such accuracy and strength, that it had pierced straight through her stomach and sent her body flying into the outside wall of the house, trapping her between the house and the man's blade. Chuckling the man would laugh as he watched the woman attempt to remove the sword, doing more harm to herself than good as the sharp blade, was cutting into not only her hands but deep into her skin as well. Standing behind her and growing tired of watching the woman struggle the man would let out a small sigh.
"Let me help you out with that."

In saying this, the man took hold of the sword and slashed it upwards without even a second thought, Splitting The woman into two from her waist up, even her skull was sliced clean through. The man would smile at the sight of another death caused by his hand, slowly removing his blade from the woman's body, he'd press his tongue against the blade tasting the blood of his victim and as he did his eyes had become dull and void. Seconds later he had started to feel the sensation of crying, as he knew the woman, he had just killed.
