-His Anti-Social Heart-
-Chapter Three-Anastasia's POV~
Tucker and I were assigned to get McDonald's for everyone.
I decided to make my chance to apologize and ask questions.
"Are you okay?" I asked quietly.
"Yeah" He replied coldly.
"You're still mad at me..." I told him quietly again.
"Just drop it okay? I'm fine, it's whatever" Tucker glared at me and changed his expression once he ordered our meals.
"I'm sorry" I whispered.
Tucker didn't answer for a minute and sighed, "It's fine, just don't be nice to people who want trouble"
But I can't.
Is what I wanted to say but I just didn't say anything.
We came to the group and gave out meals to each other.
"Alright, Anastasia, questions are to be asked" Sonja set both hands under her chin.
"Alright" I said looking amused.
Jordan and Tom poked their head up.
Tucker continued eating.
"What was your old school like?" Sonja began.
"The school started late and ended early and that was fun. The kids there, well there were mostly gangs and nice kids. Two different groups" I explained.
"Different? More like complete opposite" Tom widened his eyes.
"Not at all, they both were different because of what they're labeled. In reality, they're the same. The gangs were actually nice people unless you mess with one of them. The nice people can get really dangerous" I told Tom.
"Does that make you dangerous, since you're nice?" Jordan asked.
"I never had it in me, I could never be dangerous or mean" I said and then mumbled, "Even if I had to defend myself"
I see Tucker pressure his drink, almost crumbling it.
"What about you Tucker, you came here last year" Sonja turned to him.
"Dunno" Tucker shrugged.
I then see Jordan whisper to Sonja.
Sonja looked sad, but then asked me another question, "Well then, Anastasia, where were you in the group then?"
Was I really in a group?
"I don't know actually. I guess I was more by myself. Staying neutral" I cleared out.
Everyone but Tucker nodded.
"What do you guys wanna do now?" Tom asked us.
We all shrugged.
Then Tucker smirked.
"What do you have in mind now?" Jordan scooted closer to Tom, going away from Tucker.
"Let's play truth or dare" Tucker grinned.
"No" Jordan denied.
"Fuck that" Tom shook his head.
"Oh c'mon!" Tucker whined.
If you were a different person just watching us, you'd notice Sonja and I pretty distant from the group.
We aren't far from them, but our faces were just filled with confusion.
Tom's and Jordan's with horror.
