-His Anti-Social Heart-
-Chapter Nine-Anastasia's POV~
Yesterday night was a feeling I've never dealt with before.
No one has ever made my heart feel this way.
Nor has anyone was able to switch them on and off.
God, what am I doing?
Why feel emotions for someone who probably won't even feel the same?
I was all up for it--knowing Tucker more, but the next day, today, I just don't feel any hope.
"Are you okay?" Sonja's voice snapped me out of my thoughts.
"Um, yeah" I answered.
Sonja glared at me.
Before she spoke, Tucker and the rest of the gentlemen came.
I'm saved.
"Hello ladies" Tom greeted.
"Afternoon" Sonja said before eating her salad.
I simply waved a hi.
"So, guys, great news" Jordan smiled, looking at Tom.
Tom lit up and finished what Jordan started, "We are....accepting James as a gentleman!"
I noticed James behind Tom.
"But you guys can't tell him yet. It still hasn't been a week but seeing him already, he really is a gentleman" Tom smiled widely.
"What are you guys talking about?" James asked, pretending that he didn't hear a word.
"Only about how Tucker aced the math test" Tom smoothly lied.
"Oh really?" I can tell James wanted to laugh at Tom's lie, "Congrats, Tucker!"
"Thanks" Tucker replied smirking, "Anyways, Anya, can you come over again?"
"Again?" Sonja side grinned.
"I don't remember Tucker using your nickname" James smirked.
Tom wrapped me in his arms tightly, and Jordan went into my little bag I always carry around which had my phone.
"Hey, where did my privacy rights go?" I said nervously.
"Will you look at that" Jordan smiled mischieviously.
He showed my phone to the group.
"Some face beside Tucker's name huh" Jordan said.
Tom did the same thing to Tucker, and Jordan got his phone this time.
"Hey!" Tucker yelled.
"Uh-Huh" Jordan smirked.
"You all are buddy buddies now?" Tom released Tucker, grinning.
Tucker rolled his eyes and snatched his phone back.
"May I please have my phone back" I opened my hand out for Jordan to return my object.
"Yes ma'am" He slowly put my phone in my grasp.
I hold on tight to my phone, however Jordan didn't let go.
"On one condition" Jordan stared into my eyes.
"I'm listening" I said, he knows I'm too nice to reject anything.
He leans closer and whispered in my ear, "Go to the fall dance with Tucker"
I blush, I then replied bitterly, "Why? Its not like he'll want to"
"You never know" Jordan shrugged his shoulders.
"Fine, just let go of my phone" I said, avoiding his eyes.
And he did so.
"Well then" Sonja chuckled, "That was something. So, lets talk about something that's coming up"
Oh, c'mom Sonja.
Don't mention--
"The Fall Dance Party!" Sonja burst with excitement.
I groaned silently to myself.
"Yipee" Jordan smiled.
"I wonder how it will be this year, last year was kinda boring" Sonja frowned.
"I'll be your date" James offered and quickly added, "So it won't be boring. I mean parties are meant to be fun"
"Good point, I accept your offer" Sonja smiled.
As the two were in their separate world, Jordan and Tom and Tucker were talking to each other.
"Who are you going with, Tom?" Jordan asked.
"I dunno" Tom shrugged.
"You two should go together" I intervened.
"Sure, do you wanna?" Tom asked Jordan smiling a bit.
He nodded, you can see he is hiding his excitement.
"I guess that leaves you and me" Tucker glanced at me.
"I guess so" I said.

"Alright, we basically finished our project way too early" I sighed.
I like completing things early for less stress, but I'm bored out of my mind right now.
Tucker's living space isn't so--big.
"What do you wanna do?" Tucker asked.
"What is there to do?" I asked as a response.
"Wanna go shopping?" Tucker asked me.
"Wow, thats not something a guy brings up everyday" I laughed.
"Well its a once in a life time opportunity to answer this" He chuckled.
I have to admit, Tucker and I have gotten close.
But close meaning we talk more than usual.
We haven't shared any secrets or in fact anything at all of interest to me.
We just talk.
Weird, right?
"Sure" I nodded, "What are we getting though?"
"A suit and dress for the dance" Tucker said as if it was an obvious answer.
"Oh, right" I bit my lip, I was hoping we could just talk about each other.
"You know, I kinda feel bad" Tucker admits out of the blue.
"Of?" I asked, following him out of his house.
"You told me something no one knows of but your's and James's family" Tucker brings back the incident before.
"Oh well it's okay" I said looking at him, "I can tell you don't wanna tell me anything"
"I do" Tucker answers quickly, he then clears his throat, "It's just-- it's hard"
"It's fine" I smiled, touching his shoulder to reassure him.
He flinched but calms down.
He looks into my eyes, "My parents died too. But uh, not at the same time"
"That's horrible" I said shocked, I mean, not that much since I sorta guessed it.
"Yeah" Tucker decided not to say anymore.
"I'm sorry" I looked down.
"Hey, chin up" Tucker brushed his thumb and finger up my chin, "Keep smiling, like always"
Hearing makes my heart beat a bit faster for a second.

Sorry it's late, I didn't have anything written and I was busy.
Hope it's decent!
