I had to do this I had to make her understand I have to  make her realise that I'm very sorry for what happen and I want to make her realise that I still love her unconditionally.

I knocked the door and her mom opened it I walked inside.

"Hi ma" I said while rubbing my plam behind my neck. And yes I call her ma as well.

" come in beta (son) " she replied.

"Is kush...."

"Upstaires" she almost whispered making  sure kush does not know that I'm here.

I quickly hugged her and went upstairs.

I saw a dim light coming out of her room I went inside to see no one. But the the bathroom nob turned and out came my kush.

" What are you doing here"?
She asked me.

"I wanted to talk" I replied.

"About?" She crossed her hands across her chest and leaned her head on the wall.

"I did not mean to do any of it trust me kush I know I have made a terrible mistake but you can forgive me for that.  I love you kush"

"It's  midnight and you come to apologize me at this time. Viji go home or sleep in the room beside. I'm sure ma would not send you back this late." She replied.

"Hear me out atleast" I begged.

"Viji stop doing that please. I know you want to talk and everything but this is just not the time" she said.

"Okay then tomorrow morning?" I asked her.

"Sure...now go" she replied.

"Thank you. But what I'm I suppose to wear I can't sleep in this tux" I asked her.

She went near her cupboard opened it and pulled a fresh night attaire for me which was mine. I use to sleep in their house a lot of time and that's how my clothes were here but what amazed me was my kush still keeps my clothes with her.

"Here" she said while holding the clothes in her hand.

I extended my hand and she walked towards me and held the clothes towards me I pulled her hand and held her tight to my chest holding her waist firmly. She was surprised.

"I love you kush and this will never ever change no matter what I'm not gonna loose you not when I know you love me" I said while kissing her cheeks.

"Now leave me" she said while pushing me away.

"Love you" I said and let go of her.

"Go sleep" she said  and I walked out of the room.

It was almost 2 in the night and all I could do was stare the ceiling i wanted ti talk to kush and I gathered all my guts and got up from my bed and walked to kush's room and just when I thought to return back to my room I saw that her door was not closed.

I went inside and stared at Kush as she sleeps with peace I got on to the bed next to her pulled her back closer to my chest inhaled the smell of her hair kissed her temple and slept with my Kush in my arms.

I woke up feeling some breathing near my neck and I could not move a inch and when I was fully awake that's when I got to know that viji was sleeping next to me to be honest I loved it and I wish it would never end but then I had to teach him a lesson and that's when I thought of a plan.

"Aaahhhh " I shouted making him wake in shock.

"What the hell kush ? Why are you shouting" he said while rubbing his eyes.

"What are you doing in my bed?"I asked him.

"Sleeping"

"But why ?" I asked curiously wanting to know the reason why he slept in my bed.

"I could not sleep alone" he replied.

"Oh you were scared to sleep alone okay I got it" I said making him a little angry.

"No not because of that?" He replied.

"Then do you have a better reason?" I asked him.

"I wanted to sleep here"

"Where?" I asked.

"Next to you"

"Yeah I got that but why?" I asked making him irritated.

"Kush I wanted to be with you and you have made this nearly impossible thanks to the way you ignore me " he said in a low tone.

"I don't wanna talk about it" I replied.

"You have avoided it enough now kush"  he replied in a low tone.

"Just a bit longer" I simply replied.

"I'm sorry kush and I really can't take this anymore it's been hard for me as well. I know I did something wrong but I just need a chance to prove myself" he explained and even I wanted to give him a chance as he deserved it I know that was a situation where anyone would have reacted the same way he did. So I guess I had to say this.

"You have your chance Viji "

"D-did oh kush are you serious oh I'm so happy kush" with that he lifted he up and started reacting like a cave man.

"Put me down viji or I'm gonna take back my words"I shouted almost breathless.

"Okay okay I'll put you down just don't change the decision"he replied while making me sit on the bed.

"Thank you kush I'm going to prove it to you no matter what I'm sorry for being a jerk last time I should not have done any of it I'm really sorry kush" he sat down and held my knees while apologizing to me.

"I have forgiven you long back viji you need not do it again" I replied.

"So let's make this official"he said that and ran downstairs calling out maa.

And I thought to myself that I'm stuck with a cave man.

"Maa get us engaged" he said to my maa who was in the kitchen.

"Finally huh" maa replied.

"Yeah....let's get started before she changes her mind" viji replied in excitement.

All I could do was smile at the two as I stood In the corner.
