PART TWO: DESTRUCTION OUT NOW (from 31 August 2023, updates every Thursday!)

This story is about how Marinette and Adrien's life would be different if they were childhood friends instead.

Before you read the story you should read this list first:

1. I first started Me and You all the way back in 2016 when I was just a young teen who loved everything Miraculous. Now I'm a young adult who still loves everything about Miraculous haha. So I left this story in 2017 and I've now decided to go back and finish this story. Part One is my 2016-2017 writings and Part Two onwards will be my 2023 and beyond writing.

2. This also means that I've gone through and made some edits to Part One chapters i.e. no more long author's notes lol. Sorry if you liked those. I will still be interacting in the comments don't worry (and you can reach out to me on Tumblr).

3. Part One of this story contains text from episodes in season one therefore there will be some spoilers (although, now that it's 2023 I'm sure you've watched all of season one lol). Don't worry I will write down the episode name at the beginning of the story so don't say I didn't warn you. 

4. I use some speech from the original show in Part One but some text is changed to suit the context/situation Marinette and/or Adrien are in. This means that some of the storylines are different from the original.

5. From Part Two, onwards, we'll be skewing from following the season one-centered plot lines as I've created my own! Yay!

6. Marinette has not yet gained feelings for Adrien (because they're both best friend-zoned) but as the story goes on her feelings for Adrien change (but you have to continue reading to find out).

7. On the other hand, Chat Noir still has a crush on Ladybug.

8. Alya will be written into the story in later chapters.

9. Adrien and Nino have been Marinette's best friends since childhood. That means we're getting Ninonette friendship!!
