As soon as Plagg hears those words he cannot control himself anymore. The cat kwami bursts through the window causing the two other kwami's and Master Fu to widen their eyes in shock. "Plagg, what are you doing here?" Tikki asks, her eyes moving around to scan the area to watch out for Chat Noir.

"You can't replace Ladybug!" Plagg exclaims, completely ignoring Tikki's question, "She was the chosen one! Adri- I mean Chat Noir will question this and he is so persistent that he will surely want to know where she is! The boy is in love with her, Master Fu, and the one thing I have learned from the many Chat Noir's is that love never gives up hope – no matter what!" Master Fu stares at Plagg in awe; he has definitely seen a whole new side to Plagg – Master Fu made the correct decision when giving Adrien Plagg for he has brought out a more passionate side to the cold kwami. Plagg has most definitely learned from his holder even more than the others he has been with.

"Plagg," Master Fu begins, taking a seat on a chair beside him before continuing, "I don't know how much you have heard and I don't know what you understood from all of it but I believe that the only way in which you can really understand is by seeing Ladybug in person." Master Fu decides, leaving Plagg shell-shocked. He is going to meet Ladybug in person; he is going to know who she really is; he has to keep all of this a secret from Adrien.

"You...you really want me to meet Ladybug? As in Ladybug...in her civilian form?" Plagg asks, trying to make sure he completely understands what is about to happen.

Master Fu nods his head and forces himself up out of his chair with a bit of help from Wayzz. "Plagg, this may come as a shock to you but you must know the truth. However you may not tell Chat Noir who she is; it is only you who must know and you only." Plagg nods before Master Fu calls out Ladybug.

Moments after, an average heighted girl with short, dark blue hair in pig tails; crystal blue eyes; curious look on her face walks out of the back room and looks directly at Plagg. Images of Marinette pops into Plagg's mind then images of Ladybug as well; Plagg cannot help but mentally slap himself at the fact that he did not know this before.

Plagg finds Marinette being Ladybug quite exhilarating and one of those things that he cannot help but roll his eyes at. Two best friends; both with double lives as superheroes who are also partners; they both don't know who the other one is. It is a situation that is just laughable yet cringe-worthy for it is most definitely only a situation that can happen in a movie or a television show or a book but when this happens in reality well, that is just faith.

"There's another one?" Marinette innocent voice breaks the silence and Plagg's trail of thought. He looks back at Marinette but she flinches at his sight. He watches as she fidgets with her sleeves and puts her weight on one foot then the next, repeating the process over and over again, making Plagg annoyed.

"Yeah, Chat Noir has a kwami too. It's not just you, Marinette." Plagg replies in a sour tone. He has been too unlike himself for too long and you could say that he has finally snapped back into his usual sassy attitude. Marinette looks down at the floor in shame.

"Uh...Plagg, I think that I must explain what the situation is with Ladybug." Master Fu interjects and takes one last deep breath before explaining Marinette's amnesia (much to Plagg utmost shock) and that he doesn't know how long this will take before she comes back to sense.

"But that doesn't mean you can just replace her!" Plagg shouts causing Marinette to lift her head up to look at Plagg with wide-eyes but as soon as Plagg turns to look at her she looks back down to the floor.

"What else can I do?" Master Fu exclaims, his voice brusque and unlike his natural demeanour. The kwami's stare at him, frightened, while Marinette looks from the floor to stare as well. Master Fu takes a seat, "I'm sorry. I didn't mean to raise my voice...I just...this has just left me in a box that I can't get out of."

"Yes, but there is always a way to get out. You just have to believe in yourself and the people around you." Tikki encourages, looking around to everyone.

Plagg nods and takes her hand in his, "You always know just what to say, Tikki. I know I can always rely on you." Plagg gushes before turning as red as Tikki after realising what he has just done. He lets go of her hand, embarrassed.

Tikki smirks as she watches the cat kwami squirm under her sight, "Thanks Plagg." She whispers back causing Plagg to turn to her with wide eyes.

Master Fu clears his throat forcing the two kwami's to look back at him, "If there so happens to be an akuma attack then we must be ready." and, as if on cue, an ear piercing scream is heard from outside. Everyone turns to look at the door but no one dares to open it, "Why do I have to open my big mouth?" Master Fu questions himself then walks over to the window to see civilians running away from the Trocadero in fear. Master Fu turns to the kwami's to tell them to turn on the news but they are way ahead of him, watching the screen light up to reveal a scene from the view of a helicopter.

The akuma is a petit girl, wearing a leather jumpsuit coated in black and green. Her face is covered by her helmet that looks like a bug's face; it is black with gigantic green blobs that are supposed to look like eyes. On her feet are raven skates with white wheels. She rides around swiftly, touching each of the children, leaving them stuck in time. She laughs hysterically as she spots the helicopter filming her and she smirks at it before the screen goes black.

Everyone gasps in astonishment.

"W-What...what happened?" Marinette stutters from the corner, where she retreated in fear.

"I'll tell you what happened!" Plagg faces her and speaks too fast for anyone to interject, "Chat Noir needs your help, Ladybug-Marinette-whatever you want to be called, and you're the only one who can help him. I don't care if you've got a boo-boo and you've lost all your memories because you are meant to be the protector of Paris – the protector of the whole world and sitting there in your little corner is not going to help!" Marinette widens her eyes at the terrifying look the cat kwami is giving her and she pulls her legs closer to her chest as if she believes that it's going to make the situation any better. Plagg sighs and heads for the open window.

"Plagg..." Tikki calls out his name but Plagg ignores her as he widens the window.

Before going out Plagg looks back at Marinette his expression softened more but still as hard as rock, "Listen Marinette, I'm going to go help Chat Noir and I hope that you'll be following but just so you know – the clock's ticking and it's not waiting for you to find your feet." Marinette's brows furrow together, confused, and Plagg sighs. He turns to look at Tikki. Her crystal eyes are sparkling with tears; this wasn't the first time Plagg saw her like this. He gives her one last good look, the last he will ever see of her for years – centuries even, and flies through the window back to his holder.

"Goodbye...my love" the words that are left tacit by the both of them but you could say that that is another story to be told.
