I decide to take a walk one night. I don't feel like hearing everyone say things like 'I'm so glad you're out of the house' or 'Are you feeling better?' The worst would be 'I'm sorry they died'. Like saying sorry will help them now. Garroth told me they knew. I wait till the patrol goes past my house. I put on my cloak and my necklace/sword. Then, I leave my house and climb up a tree close by the wall. I jump to the wall and climb down it. I decide to walk along the shore. I'm a bit far from Phoenix Drop, but I don't care. I sit down on the beach and look out to the ocean. The water is so calming. Watching the waves move form and crash. Just something about it that helps me find inner peace. I make a decision right there and then. I'm going back to V/N. It's time. I have to at least find them to bury them. Then, I hear a branch snap. I transform my necklace into a sword and turn to see who's there. My sword clangs with another.

"F/N? What are you doing out here?" Aaron says, taking his sword away.

"Just wanted to get out, by be away from others. Why where you trying to kill me?" I ask.

"I didn't know it was you. I was being cautious. Then I saw your sword." He shrugs.

"Sorry about that. Training kicked in." I remember my father and give a sad smile.

"You should head back. Shadow souls are higher than normal."

"Ok, I will. Oh and Aaron?"

"Yeah?"

"Thanks for not asking."

"I understand." I start to walk away. I climb back up the wall and go back to my house. I go to sleep because I haven't moved in days, so I'm a bit tired from climbing. I wake up and change into a white shirt, F/C dress, a darker shade of F/C pants, matching boots, and a leather belt thing. I put on my necklace and head out of my house. I go to Aphmau's house. I knock on her door. Zoey comes to the door.

"Hello F/N. What brings you here?" She asks, smiling.

"I need to see Aphmau." I say.

"Oh, she's in the Plaza. It was nice to see you." She says and closes the door. I head over to the plaza. I see Dante on the way there.

"F/N! I'm happy to see you. How are you?" He asks, smiling.

"I'm fine. Is Aphmau in the Plaza?" I ask.

"Yep. Want to walk together?" He asks.

"Not in the mood. Thanks though." I walk off and see Aphmau talking to Laurence. Oh great. I see Laurence pointing to me. Aphmau turns and smiles at me.

"Hey F/N!" She says as I get closer. "I'm sorry for what happened." My heart clenches.

"It's fine. Can I talk to you alone?" I ask.

"Yeah. We'll continue this later Laurence." Her and I walk away.

"Aphmau. I want to go to V/N." I say.

"Are you sure?" She asks.

"Yes. I have too."

"Let someone come with you then. I want to make sure you're ok." What is she? My mom.

"You go off by yourself."

"I just want to make sure O'Khasis has moved out from there."

"Ok. Makes sense. Who do you want to go with me?"

"I'm not sure. I'll ask."

"Ok. I'll be home, getting ready if you need me." I wave and walk home. I pack a sleeping bag, cause it's kinda far, some food and water, two pairs of clothes. Cadenza gave me some as a welcome to Phoenix Drop present. I grab a bow and some arrows as well. The last thing I pack is my book full of songs. I decide to sing while I wait.

I hear a knock at my door. I open it to see Aphmau.

"Hey! I found someone to take you to V/N." She says. "He is waiting at the gate with a horse for you."

"Who is it?" I ask.
