Ch. 2: How do you really feel?

Dean's POV

Waking up after my talk with Destiny (who we have to call Samantha until we leave here) I am a little worried. We had decided to let her younger brother come back to the bunker with us. I don't know how how that happened, all I know is that he just finished Law School and he is now alone. She is just the concerned older sibling -I can relate- so I told her to bring him with and learn with Henry and Alfie. When my eyes open I see Cas, next to me and in my arms. It feels really nice to hold someone, after Lisa and Ben then the Mark of Cain I really didn't want to get close to anyone. But Cas my little blue eyed Angel, well I guess you could say I never thought this is how we would be. He has a light snore not to loud but to the point where if it's quiet, you can hear it.

Gently getting up from my spot on the giant bed I make my way to the bathroom which is the same size as the damn room, I brush my teeth and take a quick shower. Coming out of the bathroom in just a towel grabbing my clothes I see Cas sitting on the bed, dressed and ready to go. "Hello Dean." He says in that voice -a mixture between a sleepy voice and a sex voice- his normal voice "Mornin' Cas" I reply walking back into the bathroom putting on my clothes.

We are heading back today, I can't wait to be back in my bed with my sheets and my... well my Cas but he is here too I don't know. I shake my head at my thoughts how can I be so lucky though? This is Cas. Packing our stuff we grab a lot of Destiny's stuff even this giant picture that I don't understand why she wants it. The boy -Stuart I am guessing- looks in pain and Destiny -I would recognize her anywhere looks upset about something-. With the cars (Including Stuarts) packed we head out. Since Destiny is so worried about Stuart he is riding with us and Sam is driving his car.

I am driving Baby with Cas beside me and Destiny and Stuart in the back. They are currently talking about childhood memories, at one point one of them mentions the day of the picture and they both go silent. She will be asked about that later. I grab Cas' And not thinking and begin rubbing my thumb across the back of his hand. I look over to see a smile on his face and instinctively remember the first time he smiled and that I was the reason for that smile. I guess I have always had him by my side, I just have been too blind to see it.

I have been listening to the classics and a song that I would have never guessed comes on 'Shake It Off' by Taylor Swift. I glance at the radio going to change it until I see Cas' face and know not to change it, as sit back again and get comfy I hear both Destiny and Stuart begin singing. What did I do to deserve this? Next thing I know we are all singing to the song, even my Angel is attempting to say the words correctly. "And to the fella over there with the hella good hair, why don't you come on over baby and shake... shake.. Shake it off" Stuart sings like his life depends on it that's when we all laugh soon after the song changes to something new and we are all silent but it's comfortable and not awkward like before at all.

Finally at the bunker this boy reminds me a lot like Sam law student, kinda drifts away from the family just to join in the end. They should get along well. Chuck is inside at the table just waiting for us. I get everyone in and Destiny begins the tour and explaining everything (Mainly that demons, ghosts, and monsters are real) and also the fact of who she really is. I walk in and without realizing it I let go of Cas's hand I hear him make a noise between a growl and whimper. Seeing why I go to take it back but he walks away to the back of the bunker to our room. Damn, I really need to learn some shit here, I mean why would I act like that in front of Chuck? He is the one who practically said we were meant to be.

Looking defeated I walk toward Chuck and he just motions for us to walk outside. We get into the Impala and he tells me to drive, so I do. We end up at the diner in town walking in Lizzy the main waitress sees me and smiles, she is a sweet girl. Me and Chuck pick a booth near the back she takes our orders and we begin talking. I am scared about what is gonna come out of my mouth.
