You woke to hear your alarm in your room going off, you groaned and tried to move but because you had fallen asleep on the couch your back was stiff. You groaned to yourself and reached for your phone that was on the coffee table and as you did you rolled off the couch and landed onto the floor.

"Ow," you moaned as you reached up and grabbed your phone off the table and looked to see it was only 30 minutes before you were supposed to be at work.

You shot up and even though your back was killing you, you ran to your room and quickly grabbed some clothes, got dressed and quickly threw on a bit of makeup. You checked yourself in the mirror, your hair was a mess and all you could do was quickly run a brush through it before you had to grab your things and leave your apartment as you were sprinting down the street.

After running for almost 5 blocks and apologizing to people as you passed them you finally saw your jobs sign. You felt relief knowing that you were going to make it there on time just by 5 minutes but then you came to a complete halt. You watched as none other than Monsta X were sitting at one of the outside tables drinking tea and talking. You felt a little relief seeing that Changkyun was nowhere in sight but then just as you were going to build up your courage and go to them out walked Changkyun from the store.

You quickly ran into a nearby bookstore trying to keep from them seeing you. You peaked out the door to check and see if they had seen you but it looked like you were safe. You hated doing this to your boss, but after what happened last night you really didn't want to be around the guys. You pulled out your cell phone and dialed your works phone number as you started to walk to the back of the bookstore where you wouldn't bother anyone.

You put the phone to your ear and you heard the phone ringing and after a few rings you heard your managers voice.

"Hey, its (y/n) I'm really sorry about calling so late but I'm really not feeling well today I don't think I should come in just to be sure no one else gets sick." You said making your voice sound as if you were sick.

"Ya no problem we can handle it just try to rest up and be here tomorrow ok?" Your boss said.

"Sorry again," You said before hanging up the phone.

You turned off your phone and sighed to yourself feeling a bit relieved that you didn't have to see the guys.

"So, you're sick huh?" you heard a voice from behind you and you jumped.

You turned around to see Shownu leaning against one of the bookshelves with his arms crossed smirking at you.

"Shownu, what, what are you doing here?" you asked getting nervous.

"I saw you rush into here and told the guys I wanted to check out some stuff, I just wanted to see why you were hiding." Shownu said as he pushed off of the bookcase and stepped closer to you.

"Oh, I just, umm" You stuttered as you tried to think of an excuse.

"Did something happen last night with you and Changkyun?" Shownu asked staring down at you.

"What?" You asked trying to keep your composer.

"I don't know I just kinda thought something happened with the way you rushed out on us last night." Shownu asked still staring you in the eyes.

"No nothing happened, I just had to leave I had an emergency." You lied as you turned away and started to walk back to the front to leave.

"Hmm, well the guys were talking about going to the movies today, you wanna go with us since your, "Sick?" Shownu said emphasizing the sick.
