Vanessa Pov:

I knew I was gonna run into him, but why now bro! Curse the universe for making me run into him right now! But I have to say, Ray looks very good now. He's grown muscles,and he's wearing his hair in twists now. Alright then Ray, I see you.

"hey guys, congratulations Meika and Prince! " he said smiling

"hey Ray!" We all said smiling back at him.

"umm Vanessa, is it okay if I talk to you, privately, I mean it's okay if you don't want too, I'll understand, it's just that I really wanna talk to you, but ya know you don't -"

"Sure Ray, you don't have to be nervous" I said cutting him off from his rambling. It was cute how he was nervous and couldn't stop talking haha.

We walked to a secluded corner of the rooms venue and began our long overdue talk. It was a long silence, so I decided to start the conversation.

"So, how ya been keeping up Ray" I asked him.

"good, could be better, how about you?" he answered

"I'm doing great, got my husband and my little baby on the way" I say rubbing my stomach.

" I see, I bet Craig is a happy man huh", Ray says, sounding a little sad.

"Yeah, very happy, I am to", I say smiling.

"Well I'm glad that you're happy. So I was wondering if we can get together soon, I'd love to catch up." he says with hope in his eyes.

Well it wouldn't hurt to get together with him, he seems like he changed.

"sure, why not Ray, put your number in my phone" I say handing him my phone.

"and might I add, you look beautiful tonight" he says, handing me back my phone.

"Well thank you, you look good too" I say looking down to hide my red cheeks from blushing at Ray's compliment.

" I always loved when you'd try to hide your face when you blush" he says lifting my face with his fingers and moving closer to me.

" Well that was a long time ago Ray, that's the past." I say looking him in the eyes

"Well how about you give me another chance, I'll show you what you've been missing these few years" he says pushing his body against me.

" I have a husband and a baby Ray, now get off of me!" I yell at him while pushing him off me and walk away, leaving him there.

My emotions are everywhere right now. I love Craig, we even have a child together. But Ray was my first love, so of course I still have feelings for him. It seems like Ray changed, but I just can't leave Craig like that. I just don't know what to do.

" what was that about babe" Craig says, pulling me out of my thoughts.

"nothing much Craig, he was just apologizing" I say, fiddling with my wedding ring.

"are you sure. You look shaken up." he says with concern in his voice.

"I'm sure." I say kissing him for reassurance.

We end up staying at the wedding reception for another hour or so, then head back to the hotel. I just want to lay in bed and sleep all these feelings away. Hopefully I'll get some clarity on what to do by sleeping.

Alright, so that's it for now, since its Christmas break, I should be back to writing faster like I used to, and I want to apologize for this HORRIBLE chapter,I had some writers block. But the next chapter is going to be SOOO much better!!! COMMENT, VOTE, ALL THAT GREAT STUFF.
