I was outside with my sister Leah.
We were playing softball. My sister hit it over the fence.
"Maria go get the ball!" Fine one second! I was half way over the fence when I heard a voice say "Here". I look and see a boy with Blonde skater hair with hazel eyes.
He hands me the softball. " Hey your the girl that just moved in." "Oh I'm Jake Tanner".
Hi I'm Maria. I said nervously taking the softball. "What school are you going to?" He said. I'm starting at West Coast this Monday. "Oh cool, I go to that school so maybe I can show you around.
" Ok. I said till I was interrupted by my sister. MARIA!! hurry up! She yelled. I'm sorry. I said. It's ok I guess I'll see you tomorrow. He said smiling at me. Ok bye.
I said smiling back and walked back to Leah. Who did you meet? She said. A guy named Jake. I threw her the softball and ran inside.
