New beginnings

It's been a weeks since my 'father' left us again. I had just began to forgive him & he decides to repay me by betraying us once again? I knew I should never have forgiven him after all he has done, all the hurt he has caused for mum. Mum is hurt once again, she doesn't show it but I know she is. How can someone claim to love someone & not get hurt when they walk out on us. It's not easy to forgive & forget. I don't plan on forgiving or forgetting any time soon. I'm going to get my revenge.

Just as I start to get out of my bed Iyiyiy starts playing on my phone, yes I have Cody's song as my ringtone. I look to see whose calling me & it's the devil himself. I answer the call with a

"What do you want?"

"Oh ah uhm, I-I ah, I just wanted to see if you're okay." Cody stutters.

"Me? I'm perfect. Why wouldn't I okay?" I asked him knowing exactly what he was talking about.

"Well after everything that happened between us & what happened last week with your dad & the lady." He says quietly.

"After everything that happened between us? Cody, you haven't spoken to me since you said you didn't love me & that you lied. How do you think I would feel. As for James, he is NOT my father & the lady, is a whore. They will get karma." I half shout. Why does he do this! Every time I think I'm over him, he drags me back down. Gah, I love him. We had something special, something I have never had.

"Yeah, uhm. I'm sorry I have to go." he said.

"Whatever, bye."

And with that I hang up. Just as I'm about to put my phone down I hear Codys song 'pretty brown eyes' play on my phone, it's my message tone. God, I really have to change my tones don't I?

I read the text which is from alli. She wants me to come over for a few hours. I reply telling her ill be there in 5.

I run down stairs after I got dressed, I'm wearing a light blue knee length dress, with a little bit of make-up. I don't usually wear make-up but today for some reason I wanted to look good, to show cody I'm fine without him.

"Mum? Are you okay?" I ask as I walk into the kitchen, mums sitting at the table crying. I walk over & give her a hug " I love you mum." I say knowing it won't make anything better.

"I'm fine sweetie, I love you too." She said as she wipes her tears away.

I really hate seeing mum cry, it makes me angry, I'm so full of anger this pass week it's starting to get to me.

"I hope you don't mind, but I'm going over to see Alli. If you want me to stay, I will." I say before kissing mum on the cheek.

"No of course not, go. Go have fun." She says with a fake smile.

"I have work to do, anyway." Mum adds.

"Okay, if you need me ill be next door." I say as I walk out.

I knock on The Simpsons front door & Cody answers it. Oh shit, I didn't expect him to be home. He doesn't say anything but let's me in anyway.

"ALLI, SALLY IS HERE." He yells at the top of his lungs.

Alli runs down stairs & jumps on me giving me a hug. "Hey babe!" She says all excited.

"Why so excited for?" I ask seeming intrigued

"I have something planned for us!" She replies.

"Okay." I respond.

"Wait here, ill be back." She says running back up stairs.
