A few weeks have pasted since the Slayers incident. Many people went back to their normal lives. But it was summer, and something was missing. Excitement. Everyone's summer break seemed to be really boring. Until one day.
"A trip to the beach?" Chime asked her parents.
"Yes, we are gonna go to the beach today. Did you have anything planned?" Her mother, Anri, asked.
"Oh, no, I just surprised that it was so sudden." Chime replied. "Plus, you and dad don't seem a lot like beach people."
"But since we were all bored, we should go to the beach." Mikado, her father said putting on his straw hat.
"Okay, let's go then."
--------AN HOUR OF DRIVING LATER-------------------------------------
"We made it!" Mikado yelled as he got out of the driver's seat.
The Ryugamine family walked over to the sandy beach and set up the umbrella and picnic blanket.
"Yo! Chime!"
"Chime turned around to see her two friends running towards her.
"Kai? Sakura? What are you doing here?"
"You didn't know? We were all going to the beach." Kai answered. "Oh and do you like our swimsuits?"
Kai was wearing a blue two piece swimsuit with frills on the top half and Sakura was wearing pure white bikini.
"Yeah you guys look nice." Chime replied smiling.
"You look pretty good too Chime." Sakura complimented.
Chime was wearing a baby blue bikini with white poka dots on it.
"Say, that the perfect bod to get men." Kai said smirking as Chime blushed furiously.
"Yeah whatever." Chime said pouting.
"Anyway let's go see the others." Sakura said.
The three of them walked towards the others. Most of them were in the water splashing around while two were on the shore.
"Oh, hey guys." Karma greeted as he wiped his soaked raven hair with a towel.
"Did you just go in the water? How is it?" Kai asked.
"It's more like the water went onto me." Karma answered putting the towel on his shoulders and squeezed his tank top, letting all the water out. "Shou and Rin dumped a bucket of water on me."
"Oh I see." Sakura replied.
"Damn, I missed that." Kai said acting a little annoyed as the other two girls laugh and Karma smiles.
"Okay, let's go!" Sakura said waving for them to head into the water.
Kai and Sakura jumped into the water and started splashing around. Chime was going to join them but noticed that Karma wasn't coming.
"Are you not gonna swim?" She asked as Karma looked up at her.
"No." He answered.
"Why not?" She asked sitting beside him.
"As embarrassing as it is, I'm scared of the ocean." He said hiding his face with his wet hair.
"It's not embarrassing. I mean everyone has fears right? I mean even the strongest, most powerful and ferrous person in the world has fears. It should be something you're shameful about."
Karma looked at her with a surprised expression and smiled.
"Thanks, but I'm still not going in there." He chuckled.
Shou, Rin , and Kou came back to shore and headed towards them.
"Had enough?" Karma asked as he started wiping his hair again.
"Naw, just having a little break." Shou answered.
"Same." Rin replied as Kou nodded.
Haru then came over and brought a few ice pops(popsicles, whatever you call them). Karma took one from his hand and started to eat it.
"Thank you for your services Haru-chan."
Haru sighed and put the ice pops down. He then picked up Karma bridle style and threw him into the ocean. The ice pop floated on the water as Karma made his way up as well. His hair covering his face. He walked to the shore and grabbed Haru's hand. He then pulled Haru into the the ocean. Then, a war began.

"Those two are at it again." Masaomi sighed, looking at the scene that the other teens tried to break up.
"Father like sons aren't they?" Mikado said nodding.
"It feels nice being together like this. No one is fighting, for the adult's at least, and everyone is having a good time." Anri said looking at her husband and his best friend.
"Masaomi! Where's the watermelon?!" Saki yelled.
"It should be in the cooler or in the car!" Masaomi yelled in response.
The three friends laughed as it reminded them of old times. On the other side of the BBQ area, the others chatted away.
"The animes that are coming out resently are so good!" The otaku couple rambled about to each other.
"So Dotachin, it's been a while." Izaya said scooting closer to his old friend.
"Yeah it has." Kyohei agreed.
"It's been a long time since we all chatted like this." Shinra said joining the conversation, along with Celty.
"Yeah." Celty typed.
"Shizu-chan! Stop avoiding me and come here with your wife! I'm sure you got stories to tell!" Izaya yelled to Shizuo.
"Kids! BBQ time!" Shizuo yelled, totally ignoring what Izaya said.
The teens came closer to the site, with all of them being soaking wet. Karma and Haru glared at eachother and went to the opposite sides of the site. Shou followed Karma and Keita followed Haru and the girls stayed together. The parents sat beside their kid(s), and handed them some BBQ. Then, Shinra decided to tell stories of when himself, Izaya, Shizuo, and Kyohei were in high school, which of coarse was against their will. The kids laughed at some stories and stared at Shinra in aw. Shinra was surprisingly good at telling stories. After everyone finished eating, they cleared up and they all went to the beach. This time, all the adults went into the water and splashed eachother. Haru stood there and watched as his parents splashed the other parents with salt water.
"It's weird to think that we are the second generation to these people, isn't it?"
Haru looked to his side to see Karma standing beside him. Oddly, he didn't feel the need to throw him though.
"Yeah, I guess so." Haru said turning back at the parents.
Yo! What's up?! I'll most likely gonna do a sequal so don't worry, this story isn't over. These characters won't be gone. They will be back. Probably. Jk bai!
