Chapter 13

Their first clue was Tevin's shirt. And on the back of the shirt it had a piece of paper that read
"You have my heart and here's the...." 

"What does the note say"

Whitney asked Joshua

"It says you have my heart and here's the....I'm guessing we have to find a key"

Everyone began to look around for the key but they didn't find it.

"Joshy look. The floor moves every time I step"

Tracy said

"Come here baby girl"

Joshua grabbed Tracy and handed her to Nya & he lifted up the floor board and found a black key

"Found it. But there's another note"

"You have the key, now set me free. Look for me at the beach"

They all walked out the store and headed for the beach.

"Joshua how the hell we gonna find this shit. This beach big as hell man"

Gisselle stated.

"Look man idk but we need to figure it out. We gonna split up. Chris Nya and Gisselle go search over by the water and me, Tracy and Whitney gonna search over here"

"Okay it's 6pm now, we gonna link up at 6:45 sharp"

Gisselle said.

They split up and searched the area.

"Gisselle I'm scared. What is he gonna do to Tevin and your mom. I don't know how much longer I can live like this"

Nya said wiping tears from her eyes

"Look I know Tevin, he's not gonna just sit there and not do nothing. He's putting up a fight"

"I know he's fighting but if your dad is dangerous. How long is he gonna be fighting"

"I honestly don't know. Soon this nightmare will be over"

"You're right. Ima try to stay positive. But how long has it been?"

"Um it's 6:20. Let's keep searching "

"Aye Chris come on"

Nya yelled.

They continued to search the water.

"Whitney I know it may be too soon but I love you, you been riding with me the whole time"

Joshua told her.

"I love you too. I can't just bail on you now. We're all in this together"

"I'm gonna marry you. I don't care if we're 18. I can't let no other man have you"

"Boy hush"

They kept looking until they heard Nya screaming their name.

"JOSH! TRACY! WHITNEY. WE FOUND THE NEXT CLUE"

Josh and Whitney ran to meet up with them. Chris was coming out the water with a big box. Josh ran in the water to help him carry the box. They sat it down and Joshua pulled out the key.

"Hurry up and unlock it"

Gisselle said looking anxious

"I'm trying damn. I'm sitting here shaking and shit"

Joshua responded.

He finally got the box open and it was somebody head.

"Oh my god"

Joshua jumped back & Whitney jumped up and took Tracy away from the box.

Nya started screaming and people were looking at her like she was crazy. Gisselle ran off and started throwing up. Chris was just sitting there shocked.

"Yo what the fuck"

Joshua yelled out.

"That's some sick as shit"

Chris stated.

Whitney was trying to comfort Nya and Tracy. And Gisselle was no where in sight.

"Aye where the hell did Gisselle run off too?"

Joshua said looking around.

"I don't know. I just know she ran off throwing up"

Chris said.

"Shit! We gotta look for her"

They all started walking down the beach screaming her name. They got no response. It was getting dark outside and still haven't found her.

"That bitch took her! I know he did. Gisselle would've been back with us. And who the fuck head was that"

Chris said as he started to panic.

"That face look familiar but I ain't wanna touch it to find out. Come on y'all let's just go back to the apartment. Tracy sleep and my feet hurt. We gonna find them y'all. I promise"

Joshua said.

"What if we don't"

Nya blurted out.

"Nya shut the fuck up with the negative thinking. We are gonna find them."

Whitney yelled.

They finally got back to the apartment and noticed that their door was wide open and everything was every where.

"Man this some bullshit, no need to complain. Let's just clean it up"

Chris said.

They started cleaning up and Nya found a note on her door.

"Now this is clue three, and it's time to find me. I can be found at the nearest grocery store and you'll ask the cashier for clue number 4"

"Um you guys. I found clue 3"

"Shit the grocery store closed. We'll go first thing in the morning. Until then we all sleeping in one room. Girls y'all can have the bed chris and I will sleep on the floor."

Joshua said.

They all laid down and soon everybody was sleep. Well except for Joshua. His thoughts was keeping him up.
