Again?

Zoro's POV

Damnit, the storm's hit. Hell, I can hear the raindrops pummelling onto the deck from here. It's almost like bullets. The crew's in their sleeping quarters, waiting for the storm to pass. Luffy and Sanji were sleeping, captain in a hammock, cook on the carpet. Usopp was staring at the wall daydreaming, while Chopper had his nose in a book about anatomy. Five days trapped in a room with them was going to be hell for me, but I don't care.

"Hey (Y/N)." I said, knocking on the hatch that led to the women's quarters. "You said you never had booze before, wanna have some?

No response.

"(Y/N)?"

'I thought (Y/N) was with you.' Nami's groggy voice said from the other side of the wall.

I froze in place, before rushing out the trapdoor, and out onto the deck. The storm was terrible, and (Y/N) was nowhere to be seen. She wasn't even in the bathroom.

"(Y/N)!" I screamed, Leaping onto the streets, and shouting her name.

'Escuse me sir...' A muffled voice came from a nearby house. 'Are you looking for a girl with (H/C) hair and (E/C) eyes, wearing a blue T-shirt, jeans, and a cloak?' It was a purple haired woman with a trembling child behind her. Both shared the same green eyes.

"Yeah, where is she?"

'Well, She saved my daughter, and... she's still in the sea. She's probably dead by now...'

I felt colour drain from my cheeks.

"She WHAT?" I ran the direction the wind was going, and jumped into the ocean. It was dark, and I still looked around. Deep down, I could see a little blob of darker black against black, and I swam towards it, a bit of air exiting from my lungs in the progress. Lightning struck the water, and an electric shock ran through my body. It stung for a split second, and I lost a breath of air. I thought that the silhouette flinched. I don't know, My eyes stung. The closer I got, the more I realised that it was her. I grabbed the body, and I stopped.

I didn't know which was was up.

I'm screwed.

That was when I remembered a piece of advice that Chopper told me.

"Remember, if you are ever drowning, blow out some air. The bubbles will tell you which way is up."

I did just that.

I couldn't breathe now, and my lungs were probably half filled with water now, and in the dark, I saw three slightly lighter orbs, and I swam towards it. The higher I went, the more air I lost, and just when I thought I was going to die, something hard hit me.

It never occurred to me that water could freeze this fast.

Darkness was swimming closer to the centre of my vision, and I Punched the Ice with all my might. It shattered, and I gasped for the air I thought I'd never breath again.

I'm alive.

The rain hit like bullets, and I lifted (Y/N)'s head above the surface. Her eyebrows winced slightly, indicating that she wasn't dead. I swam back to shore, and ran back to the ship. It was dark and it felt like walking against gravity, but I eventually got there.

With one hand, I heaved the trapdoor open, and jumped inside. We were both dripping wet, and lightning struck again.

I pressed against (Y/N)'s chest thirty times, trying not to touch... her... Uh... Chest area, and for the second time today, slammed my lips into hers, and breathed air into her. She didn't respond. I continued preforming CPR, and eventually, she spat some water out.

(Y/N) POV

Last thing I remember, was an electric shock. Then weakness. Then black. I swear to god, I saw a black figure going towards me. Mom? Yeah, I'm pretty sure it was mom. I had no idea weather I was dead or alive, and I just went back to sleep, hoping to see Mom and Dad tomorrow. The next thing I remember, was feeling someones lips slam into mine, and continuous pushing against my chest. I coughed and spluttered.

I'm alive.

How am I alive?

There was a familiar shape above me, and I realised what had happened.

I am literally internally screaming right now.

The second time this day. He saved me from drowning.

"D-Did you just..."

'Yeah?'

"I cannot believe you, SECOND TIME TODAY."

'At least it wasn't Sanji! He could've kissed you for real!'

'What about me?' Sanji's tired, half-asleep voice came from nearby, and he looked at the two dripping wet Straw Hats.

"Go back to sleep."

'Where were you?' Sanji ignored her.

"Drowning. In the sea. Thanks to Zoro, I'm alive."

'Yeah, all thanks to you.' Chopper said, looking at the cloaked girl. 'You're red as a tomato, you could get hypothermia any second.' The reindeer paused. 'Guys... I hate to ask this... but do any of you have any spare clothing that (Y/N) could borrow?'

"I AM NOT WEARING BOYS UNDERWEAR."

'Any spare clothing other than underwear?'

"Ugh, You know what, I'll just ask the girls."

I knocked on the trapdoor, and Nami opened it up.

"Do you two have any spare clothing I can borrow?"

'Actually... Yeah.'

"Are you serious?" I am not happy with how I look.

'Come on, you look fine!' Nami and Vivi said, smiling.

Really? They call Nami's white cotton shirt with long blue sleeves that was a bit too small, with Vivi's blue leggings "Fine?" I don't remember the last time I wore something like this. This was even more uncomfortable, considering I'm not wearing any underwear. Ugh, This is hell.

"Anyways, goodnight."

'Wait, aren't you gonna-'

"There's no more room here in this room. Im sleeping in the mens quarters."

Nami and Vivi were speechless.

'Are... Are you sure about that?'

"Yep. Goodnight."

I slammed the trapdoor closed, and fell into the couch of the mens room.

I swear to god, I'm going to stab Sanji if he comes anywhere close.
