As I arrived to the party I could faintly smell dark chocolate."it's her."my wolf said.or it could be a chocolate fountain I frowned sadly.
"good day,Alpha Luke."one of the staff greeted me.I nodded in return looking at the building in front of me.it had an amazing architecture and design.I walked inside and took in the change of aura.you could literally feel the aura of vampire mated wolves.this is why I hated this pack they were so random and out of place.
The smell of chocolate faded into the perfume filled guests.I walked around until I found one of the only other normal people I know.Destin and Johnnie Moore.betas of scarpack and bloodmoon.
Destin just so happens to be one of my dearest friends.
"Destin how are you?how's Elaine?"
" good how you been,did you ever find that precious little girl you apparently lost a while back?"he said looking at his mate attentively.as if she were to run away.
"sadly no,but I'll find her.one day.so who's the lucky girl that's going to find her mate tonight?"
"oh you wouldn't believe two years ago the queen found her lost daughter and she now gets to see her find her mate,she's quite the young woman, from what I've heard she's already killed dozens of rogues and her family may be starting another war soon with the European pack."Elaine excitedly exclaimed as expected because of the fact that she was a former pack member.
"hmm...that is quite the story...what's her name?"
"oh her names Sams-"she was cut of by the loud trumpets and doors opening just enough for me to see her,there she was as beautiful as ever in a gorgeous red and gold gown.
"Samsara"i finished what Elaine was saying.
"oh yes ,so you know her?"she asked but I was at a loss for words my mind was completely blank.
why did she have to be from this pack.
That was the one thing on my mind.I looked at her as she scanned the room looking for her mate.until her eyes locked with mine.her mother suddenly appeared at her side and I could see the resemblance.all was exactly the same with the exception of their hair colors.but I noticed her eyes were on me.
And I walked away out the doors and into the woods.
I had to think.
Why must she have been from this horrible pack.
