Laurance's pov
"And that's what happened."
"So Lord Aphmau is target for the shawdow knight now...."Lord Burt summarized.
"Yes but we don't know why exactly ." I Answered
"Azura check on the healer, see if. We can move her on to a boat so we can get her the farther away from the portal. " Lord Burt asked .I could tell he just wanted us to leave so that his village wouldn't be a target ,but I understand his worry . Azura nodded and walked out .
"We're sorry for all the ruckus we've caused ." Garroth apologized.
"Its quite alright ,I know Lord Aphmau would do the same for us, and she already has done so much for me and my village ." Lord Burt responded .Azura came back.
" the healer is almost done Lord Aphmau has already been transported to a boat ,there for you 3 can leave now. " Azura answered .
"Well good to see you again ,Lord Burt ,and thank you again for all your help ." I say grabing my sword and starting to follow Azura to the boat .
" I'll have somebody return the boat once we arrive at phoenix drop." I state
"That would be appreciated considering all of the trouble Lord Burt now has to go through because of her ." Azura complained .Wow , I knew her and Aphmau weren't the best of friends , but really . "bye ." I say stepping on to the boat that Garroth and Vlyad were now catching up on .I went to go check on aphmau . She looked sad covered in bandages , but still managed to look sickly ,as her face was pale and lifeless . she must have passed out from blood loss ,or just plain pain tolerance. I wish we could have gotten there faster. She started to toss and turn . I tried to grab her shoulder in attempt to stop her with out waking her up , but she flinched away . I tried again but eventually I gave up and decided to wake her up . but instead she shot up screaming .
"Aph calm down your safe we're on our way to Phoenix Drop ." I try and calm her down Garroth and Vlyad had come down stairs to see what all the commotion was about .
"Your awake !" Vlyad cheered she just nodded and continued to stare off into the distance. What really went down in the nether ?
"Aphmau are you really okay ?" Garroth finally spoke up . she stayed silent for awhile before answering .

"....no ...I'm not ..I'm I'm scared , Zenix kidnapped me and wants me for something , that I dont know about I don't even know why he wants me! And and there's this voice in my head but its not me it says mean and bad things . and for once I don't know what to do ! " she broke down crying and shaking

" Aphmau we promise we'll figure out what's going on and who's in your mind Garroth reassured her . it seemed to work but Aphmau was right she scared . , I've never seen her this scared or upset . We have to help her .

Sorry chapter was late it took forever to write but don't worry this chapter has a bit of laurmau , but it will change , this isn't a laurmau book it will have Garmau and Vlyadmau moments too!-Phoenix
