I was not hoping to put this book on hold, but I am because my cousin (who is like my sister, just from another mother) tried to commit suicide a few days ago. I didn't know about this until today because no one wanted me to be hurting (which I don't know why people think that time makes this fact hurt less).
She broke up with her boyfriend, but he was playing games with her by telling her that they'd get back together but then go and ignore her while talking to his ex. And so her confidence in herself plummeted and she swallowed some sleeping pills.
I'm not sure when I'll be okay enough to post anything, or if I'll just dedicate all my time to writing because this shit hurts.
