Imagine walking through the woods, going the same route everyday. And falling down a random hole that come in the middle of your path. This happened to Leona Knox. Leona Knox was only going to the shops and visiting her fathers and her thinking spot...
"Goodbye Maria!" I waved to my best friend after dropping her off at her house.
We have just finished watching Titanic at my house. Maria and I have been best friends since primary school, Maria came in at year 2 and after the teacher introduced her, I knew we was going to be the greatest of friends. We went through high school and collage together and now here we are. All grown up, with our jobs, and our houses. I've only just turned 19 in the July and Maria is 20 as her birthday is in August.
I know your wondering how the hell did I get a house at 19? Where did the money come from? Well, when I was 12, my mother, father and I was eating our dinner in the dinning room when a attacker come out of nowhere and grabbed hold of me, and threatened to kill me if my mother and father didn't give the man some money. My father does like money so he was trying to persuade the man to let me go, as my mother was crying behind him. I was in shock of what was happening but I could feel the tears rolling down my cheeks. The man didn't like what my father was doing, and stabbed me right in the stomach then dropped me, and ran off. I remember the screams coming out of me, and hearing my mother rushing to me and my father calling the police and an ambulance. Luckily, I survived as the knife nearly punctured my lung and sadly, the man that stabbed me got away but the police was trying to find him. After I got out of hospital, two weeks later, the same man come and killed my mother and father as my mother hid me in the closet. The man got away, but they are still looking for him. After they died I lived with my aunt until I was 18 and the money what my mother and father had was passed on to me and now we are here.
I am happy with life now, but I still miss my mother and father. Shaking out of my thoughts, I watch Maria open her door and wave to me then shutting her door. I grab my car keys, and put them in the key hole and start my car. I had my favourite car in the whole world. A matte black mustang 1967. He is forever my baby, and yes it's a he and he is called Rick.
After listening to the purr of the car, and turning my music on, I start to make my way towards my local shop.
The soft music playing in the background is calming me down, and also the rain pelting against my windows. I've always been a nature person. I used to go camping with my father high up in the hills, listen to all the birds singing, and the insects at night. It was amazing.
Turning right onto the car park, I look around to find a lonely spot which there's one right next to the door. Quickly zooming to it before anyone else get's it, and turn off my car. I grab my bag and keys before getting out and locking it. I look around to see people looking at my car. I know that my car isn't from Britain, as it was originally from America so I had it ported over which took forever. Walking in the shop, grabbing a basket and walking to the stuff that I need. I defiantly need pads because I know I will come on soon, depressing. I can never use a tampon, it's just.. ugh I just can't use them.
Smiling to my self, I walk towards the sweets and chocolate. Sweets are my best friend, and chocolate. I just can't live without them. After grabbing about 5 bags of sweets, mostly gummy bears yum, and 2 bars of chocolate, which are white. I go and make my way to the drinks and get some water and flavoured water then I make my way towards the tills.
Smiling sweetly at the cash or till lady, I place all my stuff down. The lady, who I now know is called Julie, scans my stuff.
"That's £8.46 please" After placing things into my bag, and giving her a £10. I wait for my change, and walk out of the store.
Heading towards my car, turning my car on and making my way out of the car park. I notice from across the street my ex is with some blonde bimbo. My ex, the one that cheated on me. He was a stupid mistake, we never went on dates, or done anything that couples normally would do. I found out that he just wanted my money, and he also wanted to have sex with me but I refused all the time. I'm saving it for the right person, which I know it's not going to be anyone soon.
Scowling at them, I turn right to go to fathers and I thinking place. I really do miss my mother and father but i guess it was just fate. I learned to accept it. I parked my car on the side of the road, grab my bag and headed out towards the forest, after locking my car. I was soon on the right path, I continue going up the wet path which is starting to dry as the sun is now beaming down towards the earth. I soon see the bench and walk faster towards it. After wiping a few leaves off and getting a blanket out of my bag so my bottom doesn't get wet, I sit down.
My bag is my precious. It has everything in it. From food, to clothes, to cleaning products. A girl always needs a bag with everything in it. I take out a book, which is called The Hobbit. It was my all time favourite. If I had to pick a race, Dwarf, Elf, Hobbit, Man, I would have to chose Dwarf. They are most closed off, but once they trust you, your apart of their family. Their love for each other is close.
After getting half way through the book, I decided to take a walk. I've never been so far into the forest, and I felt the need to explore. Packing away my book and blanket, I walk down a now dry path. I look around the area to see if there's anyone here with me, which there's no one. Suddenly I hear a thump behind a big willow tree, my neck turned so fast it started to hurt.
"What the hell?" I muttered. Me being the curious one I am, go to investigate the noise. Pushing my way through the bushes, and nearly tripping up I go to the place I heard the thump come from. There was a random arrow stuck in the tree. Now I was confused. I looked around me to check if anyone was around, there was no one. With a confused look on my face, I begin to pull the arrow out of the tree. After a hard pull, with one of my legs on the tree, it come out fast and I started to fall backwards. I let out a little scream as I was bracing for the impact of the fall. My screams soon increased when I realised I was still falling and I was falling fast down some random hole, which I didn't even see. My screams echoed around the black deep hole, the light at the top of the hole soon becoming a light blob. I started to see black stars in my eyes, which soon covered my whole vision. Before I passed out, I squeezed the arrow I still had in a hand and let the darkness take over.
