The moon glowed brightly. Wind howled through the night, casting shadows among the ground.Snowfire didn't return to the den that night. Instead she hunted for Alyla's den. Only armed with her mystic powers and wings. A small light began to come into focus. Then two.

"The fire." She whispered angling downward to land. She changing into one of her recruits. Her changed her scent, knowing that she still knows her scent.

"Hello Queen." She bowed.

"Ah Hello Zalmre." Alyla grinned. Snowfire walked past her, going into the secret lair.

Hah.. I actually got away with it! She laughed in her head. The fortress was huge. She stood, stunned. Remembering what to do, she looked around, taking mind snapshots, there was a small crystal in the middle of the room, glowing different colors.

"Hey Zalmre. I need you to clean the crystal. Hinsa isn't here to do it. She is with a pack to look for Snowfire."

"Sure thing." She grabbed the crystal, sensing a room. The moment she got in there, she shut the door and looked into it. Images of her floated in it, along with images of the past.

"What is this?" She touched the surface of it. It was smooth on some faces and rough on the cuts.

"Who was the one who cut this stone?" Snowfire echoed. The place went silent.

"I did." I male voice said, walking up to her. She had a face of disgust.

"I can cut this stone better with my own claws. Fix it!" She ordered, forcefully putting the stone in his paws and walked away. He looked into it like Snowfire did.

"Zalmre.. You always loved the cuts and edges on it. You're not false are you?" He growled. Snowfire stopped walking and turned back towards him.

"If I were to love it, i wouldn't complain about it to Queen Alyla." She growled in this face. He whimpered and ran away with his tail in between his legs.

"Anyone else wanna try me?" Snowfire tried to play it cool. The fact that she was acting like him perfectly was working well. She watched as the wolf came back with it, untouched.

"They wouldn't allow it. Every cut makes a memory." He said, carefully handing it back to her. Odd... If every cut make a new memory, then what if I break it here? It may traumatize everyone here. Their memories go into this stone...*gasp*

THEY ARE BRAINWASHED TO HER!! Snowfire had to go. She told Alyla that she was gonna go and "hunt". Snowfire couldn't believe what she discovered.

"A brainwash stone? B-but how?? The last one ever was destroyed the day you were born." Stamla stuttered. Shadow was shocked.

"But Your Highness, what if it wasn't destroyed. You can't just go and find them in a rabbit den. You have to dig for it. Dig into the Mantle." Shadow said to Stamla. She nodded in approval.

"You did mention something about an underground fortress.. Right?"

"Yes Alpha I did wh-wait."

"That fortress must have been holding that stone for it is under the Crust. And she has a huge army so she needs to make sure they don't turn or she will die. That's probably why they are always working on expanding."

"It's like Moonblinking for the owls." Snowfire thought out loud.

"Where was Sparc?"

"He was standing next to her like a guard, not her own pup." Snowfire reported.

"Not to disrupt this but I hypothesize that she doesn't was anyone to have more knowledge than her so she 'moonblinks' them with the stone. She wants to know all." Shadow stated. Snowfire and Stamla looked at each other. This news had them worried.
"When she decides to attack us, she'll use that stone." Snowfire said. Stamla jumped down from her throne and paced. This news was terrifying. Suddenly, an alarm sounded for intruders. Snowfire ran out of the den flew up into the sky. Thoughts distracted her. The pack below her eyed the sky and spotted her. She shook it off and blended with the clouds. They began to split into four parts. Snowfire listened closely to what they were saying.
