Chapter 24: Finnaly Home

   (Fluttershy's POV)

    Walking into my apartment I see the place hasn't really changed. I remember that Dash had been looking after my house and I sigh, not sure what to feel.

"Angel? Do you think I'm crazy?" I ask the little white fur ball in my arms. He just looks at me with his large black eyes and I rub his ears. "Well I am talking to a rabbit so maybe."

I go set him in his cage then I go take a shower and when I get out I hear my front door open and close.

"Fluttershy?" I hear my mother's soft delicate voice and I run out of my room and into her arms, hugging her tightly.

"Mom? Where have you been? I've missed you!" I say with tears streaming down my face.

"I've missed you to sweetie." She chuckles. "I've come to explain. See... The girl that Chyrissy sent... It wasn't suppose to be that way. What I'm trying to say.... I got married and she was the messenger." She sighs and stutters.

"So..." I just step away from her, trying to remember everything, then my eyes widen. "Wait... I'm... Very confused...." I say tilting my head.

"I know you are and I'm sorry for that, but most of all I want to apologize for not being here. Honey I had no idea..."

"That's fine... And the other thing is fine. It'll just take some time for me to get used to it." I nod.

I go to the kitchen and get me some water, then I go sit and try to let it all sink in. "You okay Shy?"

"Yeah. I'm just tired and ready for some alone time. And some sleep." I say laying my head back. "I don't wanna tell you to go but...."

"No I understand. You've been though a lot over the past few hours. Get some rest. Call me later?" She says smiling and going to the door.

"Yeah of corse." I smile, closing my eyes. "Love you mom."

"Love you to sweetie." She shuts the door and I sigh.

I go get in bed with Angel and the dog and I snuggle both of them, falling asleep quickly.
