I was woken up by the sound of my phone.

I groaned as the light coming through the window. I covered my face with the pillow and reached over and grabbed my phone. It was a text from Calum.

From Cal-pal: good morning beautiful. <3

I smiled at the text and replied.

To Cal-pal: good Morning to you too 😙

When I looked at the time, I quickly got up and ran to get dressed for school. It was 8:25
I had 35 minutes to get ready.

Once I got ready, I heading out.

I gave my Aunt Kristi a kiss on the cheek and left in my car.

Once I got to school I rush into my first class.

When I walked in I was face with an angry teacher. "Why are you late Ariana?"

"I slept in ...sorry."

"Well that's detention!"

I guess she in a bad mood.

I sat down and listen to the teacher, teach math.

It was the end of the day and I'm going to math for detention. I walked through the door and sat down in one of the desk waiting for instructions.

Mrs. Smith said that I need to write 100 lines of 'I won't be late to class'.

When I was on my 20th line there was a knock on the door. Mrs. Smith answered it and it was Calum at the door.

I'm eyes widen and stared at the door. Mrs. Smith walked over to me and said that there was a family emergency, that he was here to pick me up.

I nodded and walked out the door.

"What are you doing here?" I said. Kinda excited that he was here.

"I'm here to take you the long way home." He smirked and grabbed my wrist and started running down the hall.

I giggled as we run down the hall. Once we were outside he takes me to his car and opens the door for me.

"What about my car?" I said

"Don't worry about it I got michael to drive it, oh and he needs your keys."

I gave Calum my keys and he gave them to Michael who was at my car.

Once we were in Calum car he starts the car. He has one hand on the wheel and one intertwined with mine.

"So what exactly is this?" I said still kinda confused.

"I wanna take somewhere." Calum said, driving off.

"Where is somewhere?" I ask.

"Somewhere, just wait."

After a long drive of street lights and buildings. We have finally reached an area that looked like dirty path. As we got closer I realized that it was a carnival.

Once he park we got out and I turned to look at Calum ,who was already looking at me.

"Oh my Gordon..." I said in a whisper hoping he wouldn't hear me.

"What did you say?"

"Um... nothing...." I said walking away.

Calum caught up fairly quickly and we walked towards the entrances.

Calum paid for the both of us and we walked inside. He took my hand we went into the first ride.

"So....what do you think?" Calum ask.

"I love it I did even know we had a carnival in town right now." I replied.

"I glad you love it, Ashton told me about it."

During the ride the ride suddenly stop. "Umm...Calum why did the ride stop?" I ask said worriedly.

"I don't know."

"I'm sorry the ride has stop, we are having some technical difficulties, please stay calm while we get you off the ride thank you" Said the speakers.
